The Geek squad did an absolutely fantastic job in setting up this Samsung TV for my father-in-law! Though I am coming off an unquestionably terrible experience with the Geek Squad in terms my computer repair, this particular occasion went seamlessly! Great job!

Agent (Jacob) disconnected all items with old TV, then worked efficiently to install new TV with all connections (DVR,Zvox, etc.). Then explained thoroughly how all this worked! He was just excellent--knowledgeable and personable too!

Serviceman was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure the TV was operating to my satisfaction, and that I understood how to adjust the settings.

They made it effortless. They came, hung the tv on the wall. made sure everything was working beautifully and did a great job!

Extremely happy with my new LG 2021 TV. This is my 2nd LG TV. Great picture and great sound. You don’t need a sound bar. Geek Squad made the process so easy for me. They also explained how to use the remote. All I had to do was enjoy my new tv.

We had the Geek Squad come in to set up our Home Theater Entertainment - Sony 65" TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player for one remote to work everything. They did an awesome job. These are the people who know what they are doing and can make everything work perfectly. We are so glad we had them hook up everything. Thanks Geek Squad!!

The crew were quite helpful. They set up the television and then got the apps we wanted installed so that our viewing was pretty much seamless.

Geek Squad TV setup was well worth the cost. They were courteous, careful in their work, patient, and efficient. They said when they would arrive and they arrived at that time. I was so pleased with the set up and knowledge of our installer. He was pleasant and really knew his stuff. He explained and answered everything.

The Geek squad was very professional and arrived within the time period arranged and phoned when they were 20 min out. Very courteous and cleaned up before they left. They also showed my functions of my new tv and sound bar made sure I had no questions before the left and gave me a contact number should questions or concerns arrive.

The Tech arrived as scheduled and set up my smart TV. The installation included connecting the TV to my entertainment system, satellite TV service, and WiFi. The installation happened quickly and the technician was friendly, even leaving his cell phone number in case I had questions later.

This is for the installation of the TV and wall mount. I thought they did very well. Very quick, knew what they were doing. Explained to me what they were doing, about the wall mount and things I should know. Setup my TV with the cable box, computer, and internet. Good guys!

The two gentlemen that came to install the television were so nice and they knew what they were doing! lol Great personality also.
