I purchased this TV for my Sister-in-Law as w gift & she loves it. The Techs from Geek Squad came in, installed, set it up & went over all the operations of the TV & Remote until she was comfortable with it - They did a great job.

The Geek Squad removed my old TV and installed my new TV quickly and neatly, explaining how to easily use the remote for selections.

Excellent service and help in understanding differences from previous TV and took time to be sure we had the best picture that cd be obtained on the new set and made several improvements. Very patient with a pair of seniors. Much appreciated.

The service I received wasn't Geek Squad but an outside contractor. Regardless of that he did an excellent job. Called me to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived my TV was unboxed, assembled and set up quickly without any problems. The guy was really nice as well. Well worth the price paid.

Best Geek Squad member. Jesse originally came out last year and set-up our new tv cabinet and new flat screen tv. This year he came out and showed my husband and I how to attach an app to the tv and an HDMI cord so I can use Hoopla from my laptop. Best tech!

These guys are the best. Delivered, installed, setup and took the old set. Very helpful in connecting HDMI with older RCA units. Very knowledgeable and great to work with.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job on all of my recent purchases. I decided to get everything operating properly and have taken in things not purchased at Best Buy. They have been very welcoming and supportive. They have been very patient with my lack of knowledge and I appreciate their willingness to answer all questions.

So far, my new TV has performed up to my expectations. I was to learn through this purchase that newer TVs are quite simple to operate. This was important to me because every other technical update I acquired recently needed yet more technical expertise/education than the previous model. Many thanks from a non-techie!

Arrived on time with curtesy call in advance to let me know he was on his way. After setting up the TV he patiently explained all of the functions of the tv and remotes. Geek Squad man was knowledgeable, pleasant, clean and courteous.

After a previous bad experience, I had two different technicians come out to finish setting up my home theater room. They called ahead of time to confirm appointment and address. They were were courteous, went right to work and set up my room exactly how I wanted it. They even took the time to show me how to use my new receiver and asked me if I was pleased with the sound.

The install was done in a timely fashion, with the "old" TV reinstalled in another location! Well done (after all connections were made!)

I found the installatuin of the product good and medium. I paid for installation but they said they were repair not installers. However they delivered it well. They set it up well and were very helpful in everything related to the set-up. Their were some issues after they left, however I was able to get Best Buy to send someone again. Thank you, Best Buy for the great service.

The agent set up my tv on the stand and leveled it. He explains some of the important features on the tv. He was polite and efficient. Thank you.
