The crew that came out to install our 85" TV were great. We were their last stop for the day. They seemed surprised but happy it was going on a stand and not the wall. They took extra time to help connect our home theatre system and made sure everything was working before they left.

Consumer Reports recommended the 8000 over this for better HDR rendition of non-HDR material, I doubted I could see the difference, and I think I'm correct. The picture is bright and sharp, the user-interface is good (a little to simplified for my taste). Cable and Off-Air (Antenna) reception are identical - as a digital broadcast should be.

The installation of our LG 65 inch TV was installed in 45 minutes. Two squad members, covered shoes, masked and very polite. Hooked up the TV so we could use our old hand held direct TV devices to Fire Stick. Explained the new TV features and took the box with.. John J. Kim

The geek squad member was here on time and set my tv up quickly. He was very professional and wore booties over his shoes and a mask. He showed me how to use it and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them to my family and friends.

They brought the TV into my home and set it up. They connected it to my WiFi and my remotes, explained all the features and answered all my questions. When they were finished they hauled away my old TV. It was definitely worth the $50 I paid for this service.

The Geeks did it all and were so patience and efficient. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood how to use all the functions of our new television and soundbar.

The installation crew were very professional when they arrived at my home. I was never notified by the store when the crew would show up. The crew was very appologetic for the office's lack of communication to me. They moved the old tv upstairs tou bedroom for my wife and they cleaned up afterwards.

Great service ! The guys seemed to know what they were doing and had my tv set up and running in no time . they were also able to answer some questions I had about wifi routers . I'd recommend this service for anyone who needs it !

My experience was awesome! I can't recommend the Geek Squad highly enough. They were right on time and did amazing work. They were even able to install my two soundbars that I didn't know needed extra hardware. I am extremely happy with the work they did.

The agent arrived on time, explained entire process clearly, and even went beyond to supply extra screw that was missing from purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked really fast.

The crew were quite helpful. They set up the television and then got the apps we wanted installed so that our viewing was pretty much seamless.

The guys were great! I had two of the most professional installers who were also extremely knowledgeable. Very respectful of my apartment. They covered their shoes and wore face covers the entire time. A1 professionals! I recommend my friends who also used Geek Squad!
