Skilled setup of beautiful new tv. Geek Squad team worked quickly and efficiently to make my tv operational. They were polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely go this route again.

Two geek squad guys had my 65” Sony tv carried upstairs and hooked up in record time

The geek squad installer advised me how to protect my new TV because it is close to my AC. He moved the table where the TV was placed and adjusted the swivel stand so that there would be no condensation touching the TV. He also told me what cable to buy so that the TV image would fill the entire screen.

I have five receivers in my home, I needed them all to be connected to U-verse and the TVs individually. The service was good as all the installations and connections were made by (Geek Squad). Although I need one more of them to be wireless, to hide the cable we are getting by with it now. All in all satisfied with the home TV connect procedures.

Delivered and mounted on my tv stand. Set up cable box and answered all my questions. I have a small Roku in a bedroom from a few years ago and they waited while all channels were downloaded and worked. Connected via ethernet instead of wi-fi. Removed all packaging and moved my 120lb. plasma to another room.

Mine was a simple install…no mounting. Just placing my new TV on my credenza, Even with that, the installer was so patient as he had to reroute some equipment so all would fit as it should. Couldn’t have been happier with my installation.

Originally I was reluctant to add the setup as it almost doubled the price of the purchase. Wow though it was a less stressful way to get a new TV and well worth it.

Got their extended warranty while purchasing our new Samsung TV. They did a SUPER job setting it up. So far, all is well.

The Agent was great. In this new world of protection from Covid-19 the Agent had on mask, gloves and covers for his shoes. I very much appreciated this level of care. He set up my TV very quickly and took time to answer all my questions and explained all the features of the TV.

I was surprised that only one person was sent out, but he handled my new 55" TV without a problem. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He did a great job!!

This one was easy Peezy, just to plug in and set up. But I’ve had some other installs from Best Buy that were very complicated and they did an excellent job. I am a Geek Squad member and I will continue to use them

The agents did a great job. They were on time, and were thorough, explained everythiong to me really well in term s of making me aware of the different features, how to work them, etc

The gentlemen who delivered and set up my TV purchase were not only knowledgeable but were very understanding of my needs and left the room as good as it was before installation. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. I would call them back in a heartbeat.

The agents mounted my tv , connected to all my devices and then not only did they make sure everything was working properly the took the time to explain how everything works and made sure that we were satisfied not only with their service but in our knowledge on how the tv worked and how to use the tv the remotes and how to fix most anything that happens then when we were totally satisfied they left but not without leaving a number for us to call if something ever happens. In my opinion the agents that worked with us were the best and aren’t paid what they’re worh
