I already reviewed the Geek Squad . Abraham and John were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and set up the tv quickly and professionally.

Great delivery men (2). They completely set up TV (took box also) and moved multiple tv's around for us. Explained all questions to our satisfaction.

Technicians were on time, very friendly and polite. They were efficient and made sure that they cleaned up all boxes and extraneous items. The unit was set up according to our needs and wants and they were extremely knowledgeable in getting all the settings correct. Couldn’t have gone better.

The gentlemen that set up the TV were excellent. I was very happy they did the setup and also hooked up our sound bar.

I bought my Samsung TV online after doing product research. Arranged for delivery and removal of previous TV; date, time, etc. were confirmed and updated every step of the way. I had the Geek Squad do a free home assessment of all my technology. They were great in answering all my questions. They subsequently brought out my new TV and did all the setup, installation, and integration with my computer network for streaming. This is the first time I have used their home services and it was well worth it.

The guys showed up early which was great. They were very professional and knowledgeable about my tv. They walked me through everything they were doing to connect all my devices to the new tv. They were very protective of our carpet while in boxing and doing the setup. It was a very pleasant experience.

The techs who delivered and installed our new Toshiba 50" TV were Excellent. They not only took it out of the box and plugged it in to ensure it worked, they stayed with us and set up all of the Streaming services we are subscribed to for us also (e.g., Paramount +, Hulu, BritBox, and several others) that we had on our previous TV. The techs were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated their taking away the old TV and all of the trash associated with and including the box the new TV came in. I highly recommend these Geek Squad technicians.

He did a good job BUT suggsted not hooking up VC . Not hooked up and we have hundreds of DVD's and tapes we cannot see now. I'm very disappointed! JRN Would you please hook it up on this original charge and order?

Extremely happy with my new LG 2021 TV. This is my 2nd LG TV. Great picture and great sound. You don’t need a sound bar. Geek Squad made the process so easy for me. They also explained how to use the remote. All I had to do was enjoy my new tv.

The Best Buy installers were excellent. Not only did they mount the TV and hook up the devices, they set up the remotes (cable and Roku). the team made everything work and explained everything along the way.
