If the technician only had to connect the TV and soundbar, he would have been out of here in record time. He was very knowledgeable. I didn't have the TV mounted on the wall, so setup was quick. The Whalen cabinet wasn't as friendly to him. But he was very nice and patient. I would recommend him.

The agent unboxed and setup a new TV. Everything was done carefully and he answered all the questions I had at that time.

Not only did Jeff from the Geek Squad set up the TV, he worked with us until we were comfortable using the remote instead of a Roku. Hopefully we can get him back for the next TV replacement!!

I had the agent connect up my new TV and he got everything working perfectly. He even tweaked some of the settings to be a bit more pleasant/friendlier for the room.

The 2 guys that came out and installed my NEW Samsung 55" TV were VERY professional, answered all of my questions on how to use the remote and set up my most used APPS.

Erik and Otto, my Geek Squad were excellent! So knowledgeable and helpful! Erik installed the TV quickly, made sure I knew how to use it, listened and answered all my questions and even took the time to let me experiment with the TV remote so I would know my new TV before they left. They also sweetly carried my old TV stand down to my garage for me because Erik had listened when I told him that I had hated that old TV stand! They were wonderful! I would highly recommend having a TV set up by the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad service providers represented Best Buy very well. They were courteous and professional. As they proceeded in mounting and programming the television, they explained what they were doing. In addition they showed me how to interact with the programming.

Geek Squad did a great job A+++ They showed up on time and set and installed in no time, walked me through the features of the tv, and how to install TV/cable apps.

From my initial call to purchase TV with Brady Fox, to the delivery and set up of TV with the Geek Squad the process was friendly, professional and timely. They were able to deliver TV and have me ready to go before Christmas game day. I love having my own personal advisor and geek squad team to help with my home technology needs. As a Senior citizen, I can say geek squad takes all the stress away from purchasing, installing and operating my technology.

The installer (RJ) did a fine job with the new TV. However, the person who was supposed to come here to remove the old TV called and said he'd be here in 40 minutes. That was Wednesday - it is now Saturday and we still have the old TV.
