Agents set up my tv as and programed the settings for he TV to work they were very smart

The agents were awesome. Were on time, courteous and connected everything. They also took time to explain to my my new 85 Inch TV and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

The guys that came and set up the TV where wonder and did a great job. When I had questions, they were able to answer them.

Did all that was expected in a timely fashing and was very helpful in understanding features.

Having had great difficulties, as previously described, getting Total Tech Support at the Novi store for my WiFi LapTop, I tried my luck at the Brighton store. I happened to meet the guy in charge of the Geek Squad for that store. When I explained that I had tried to get a Users Manual from HP for a full hour, and never even got to speak to a real person, he was eager to help. Now I have a barely operable printer at home, so that is a limiting factor too. He contacted HP and found the correct Manual. He had it printed for me right in the store, all 64 pages of it! I may still have difficulties figuring things out after I've reviewed the manual, front to back, but now, at least, I have a decent chance of getting something close to the full advantages of this excellent Laptop I purchased on March 21st.

The agents were courteous and professional in connecting devices and in selecting the menu options. Job was done in less time than expected.

The Geek Squad, in particular and not the subcontracted technicians, were the heroes with installing and connecting my equipment. Explained how it worked in plain english. Good experience and were quick and effective.

Geek squad person was excellent!!!! He set everything up explained everything clearly. Waited for us to try everything out to make sure we got it. Even assisted us in purchasing a new sound bar as our old one couldn’t be hooked up to new tv!! It was such a pleasure working with him

Geek Squad does a fabulous job of installation and what is more important is the great job with explanation. Not being very technical myself, I really appreciated the technician's attention to the details and making sure that I understood how to operate my new TV.

Excellent service. Had three TVs installed over four weeks. All Geek Squad service (phone and in-person) was excellent. First two TVs died, third was a different brand, but everyone was responsive to the issues and provided great service.

The squad set up my TV and took away the old tv. They answered any questions I had. Was very pleased with them and their service.
