She was so great to work with and even was able to figure issue with my old TV. She asked me if I wanted to keep the one I had or the new one. I chose the new one as it was time to up grade

Installation team worked well together and did a very neat job. I did need 2 longer cables which I wish I had been informed of earlier, I had to purchase a HDMI cable for $50 which costs about $22 in the store.

The agent set my TV up and was real knowledgeable and helped me with working The remote control he was also nice and friendly.....

The two techs arrived on time. They unpacked the new 70in Samsung TV. Hooked it up with my existing Bose sound bar and cable box. Old TV and boxes hauled away. Within 30 mins I had an up and working correctly, new unit!

I would highly rfecom end Geek Squad for installation. Our tech, DeSha Senter, was awesome. He was patient and explained everything. He went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I even had to call him with a question and he walked my husband through the whole thing on the phone. I can't say enough about DeSha.

The techs moved my TV from the Great Room to my bedroom and set it up. Then they proceeded to set up my new 75" Samsung that I purchased from another supplier and connected it to all my devices and positioned it where I wanted it on the console. Before leaving the very knowledgeable tech made sure it was working properly and showed me ALL about the new remote control and how to use it (that was an accomplishment in itself!). Took all the packaging with them and I couldn't be happier with the finished job. They showed up on time and the whole experience was pleasurable. Thanks!

Arrived on time…set up my device…courteous..respectful of property..showed me how to use it and took all the packaging with them. In and out in 15-20 minutes…What’s not to like! I will use the service again!

tech agent went above and beyond to help us learn how to use this new remote and show us the new content that is available for streaming. He checked net speeds and advised about products that could improve the signal IF we found it wasn't enough. very patient with some non techie folks.
