Your installation staff is the best. They did a great job installing the equipment and a better job of explaining what they were doing and why. Too bad Best Buy can't come up with a phone system that works as well.

They did a great job. Even helped me with the programming of the DVD I also purchased new from Best Buy along with the new TV. A terrific work ethic and with warm personalities.

Susie and Michael did a great job installing our TV, mounted on a stone fireplace. They spent a lot of time getting it done right, and then had to troubleshoot when we couldn't get a cable picture. It eventually turned out that it was the cable box causing the problem, but they spent hours at our house and were always patient and cheerful.

The home delivery and installation service was great. The technicians were knowledgeable and details oriented. They had the new TV set up with care and patiently guided us the details of the remote control…

Initially I was not impressed with the picture on my new Samsung. The Geek Squad had delivered and set it up so I assumed all was as it should be. Eventually I got an on screen message that the resolution was not correct and had to reset it to the highest from the lowest. There was a tremendous improvement! It has a few quirks that I am learning to live with though. This morning I found it turned on and set to "setup". The cable box was not on. I managed to fix that and turn it off but 10 minutes later it was on again, this time to TV. More often this will happen, sometimes when I am watching a program, and an its landing of choice is the DVD blue ray player. No one else is here except the cat and she does not know how to use the remote. It can be spooky! I was happy to have the Geek Squad here to set up the TV because at 86 even moving such a large TV is impossible for me It was worth the $150 to have someone else take care of it...I just wish they hadn't left a gremlin here with it!

The Geek Squad techs arrived on-time, and were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Installation was a breeze in my case, yet they took the time to explain various functions and answer my questions. For over-sized items, such as my 65" tv, or technical setup of multiple components, I highly recommend this service.

Excellent….quick, knowledgeable and clean! They have installed all of my TV’s (6 to date) and display the utmost professionalism.

The TV installation was well worth the money! I had purchased an 85" TV, and there were two installers that came and removed all the boxes, carried the TV up a set of stairs that had a sharp turn, installed the base, and placed on my TV stand and made sure that the TV worked to my satisfaction before they cleaned everything back up. They also were able to remove the old TV that had stopped working.

My wife and I have an older non smart TV. It works very well and has a great picture. This device enabled us to turn our older TV into a Netfix streaming set up, essentially making it a smart TV and providing the new Blue Ray player we needed all in one. Very affordable too. n

They made it easy, where for me it would take some time, I could do more productive endeavors and save the frustration of doing it twice. Nice guys too.

I had the agent connect up my new TV and he got everything working perfectly. He even tweaked some of the settings to be a bit more pleasant/friendlier for the room.

The agents connected my TV, programmed it and programmed so that I could use my cable remote for all controls. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

They came on time, set the TV up, took the old broken one away. They seemed to know what they were doing,,,and were quick in doing their job.

The Geek squad was terrific. The young man came to home and set up my new TV in less than fifteen minutes. In that time, he had to unplug and take my old TV to the garage and then, bring my new TV from my car to my bedroom. Both TVs were too heavy for me to lift. Also, I didn't have the first idea of how to set-up the new TV and get it working. He did a great job and I am perfectly satisfied. Go Geek Squad!!

I love the Geek service, they did a fabulous job installing & setting up my 49 in Tv & stand, they are so nice and professional, they would not leave until I checked out installing & setting up my TV & stand. and was satified with there work which I am happy to say there the best.
