The agents were vey professional and did a great job of setting up the tv. They explained everything in a simple to understand way. They did not leave until they were sure i understood the operation ofm the tv.

The two gentleman that came to set up our TV and sound bars, were excellent. They worked with skill, respect and timeliness. They new their stuff and were very respectful, quiet and cleaned up every room before leaving our home.

The Geek Squad, in particular and not the subcontracted technicians, were the heroes with installing and connecting my equipment. Explained how it worked in plain english. Good experience and were quick and effective.

Firstly, I was given the impression upon purchase that two people would be coming as the tv we were replacing, was large and very heavy, much too heavy for one person to handle. I took photos of it and showed the salesperson when I bought the new set.The person who came to set up was alone, and though he was a large man, it still was too much for him to do alone. My husband had to procure one of his workers to come to the house and help take out the old set. I was also NOT sold the HD special cord connector that I would need to use on the new set. The installer knew wiring, and connections, but when he connected the tv, it was playing in black and white and not filling the whole screen. He told us that this would clear up as soon as we get that HD cord connector. It did not clear anything up. Then we called him and he told us that it meant something was wrong with the set and we should therefore return it. We returned it afterward. However I don't think that he was knowledgable enough where the cable connections and tv connections with a VCR are concerned. These geek squad people should be trained with FIOS cable compatability as well as VCR and DVD players which he was not.

James Alford, Geek Squad, did an outstanding job of installation & explanation of the setups, remotes, and options available. Very professional. Cleaned up & took packing boxes.

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up and optimizing all of the capabilities of our new tv. More importantly, they answered all questions and never indicated that they were in a hurry to leave until we were satisfied. They even responded a few days later with a visit to help with some confusion on our part.

Everything went as expected and better. I have no problems with the service given.

The Geek Squad did a great job delivering, mounting and setting up my LG TV. They then cleaned up everything and even hauled away my old TV. Gaspar was terrific!

Having had great difficulties, as previously described, getting Total Tech Support at the Novi store for my WiFi LapTop, I tried my luck at the Brighton store. I happened to meet the guy in charge of the Geek Squad for that store. When I explained that I had tried to get a Users Manual from HP for a full hour, and never even got to speak to a real person, he was eager to help. Now I have a barely operable printer at home, so that is a limiting factor too. He contacted HP and found the correct Manual. He had it printed for me right in the store, all 64 pages of it! I may still have difficulties figuring things out after I've reviewed the manual, front to back, but now, at least, I have a decent chance of getting something close to the full advantages of this excellent Laptop I purchased on March 21st.
