I love the GEEKS. They never disappoint. Tomas was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very patient with me. I am not tech savvy so I ask alot of questions. Overall I am very pleased with the service.

The team that came 1/16/25 to hookup Boise sound bar which they found to be defective and notified Best Buy and scheduled return and replacement sound bar were superb. They handled everything perfectly and eased our anxiety. Give them A+.

The Geek Squad were effecient and friendly. They knew what they were doing and went about their work very knowledgeable. I would use the Geek Squad again if needed. The cost was well worth it.

He did a good job BUT suggsted not hooking up VC . Not hooked up and we have hundreds of DVD's and tapes we cannot see now. I'm very disappointed! JRN Would you please hook it up on this original charge and order?

Originally I was reluctant to add the setup as it almost doubled the price of the purchase. Wow though it was a less stressful way to get a new TV and well worth it.

The agent did a good job connecting all of my tvs. However, I am having problems with my media room as the tv doesn't always connect to the internet. I am having Geek Squad come back and show me how the Roku devices are connected and where they are connected so that I can troubleshoot the issue myself.

Sales person was wonderful and very knowledgeable and directed me to the perfect smart tv for me. The techs who delivered and hooked it all up were wonderful....had it all done in no time.

the people from the Geek Squad were professional and did a great job with the insulation and help with the set up and explanation of some working components. Make sure that you get a Geek Squad installation not a 2nd party.

I was satisfied overall with the setup of my Samsung 55 inch smart television set. The man and woman from the Geek Squad who came to my house are trained professionals who knew what they were doing.

My wife tried to talk me out of hiring the Geek Squad to deliver and set up our new TV. I promised her she would be glad that I did this and boy was I right. Hamilton from the Durham NC Best Buy delivered the TV, followed all of my wife's OCD COVID restrictions and did a perfect Job installing and setting it up for all of the "extras" - better than perfect. Hamilton even stayed around to check our other TVs from Best Buy - that I set up myself - but Hamilton was able to add features of which, I was unaware. Also, I am a huge COSTCO fan but realize that if price is not your biggest issue, Best Buy and the Geek Squad give you that extra quality at a great value.
