Very professional installer and on time! Well worth price. It would have taken me all day to do set up. Got right to work and got TV set up with other components in a timely manner.

Delivery takes all the stress of unboxing and installing.If you ever need home repairs on your TV there is no extra charge for removing and reinstalling TV with this purchase

James Lee, Geek Squad Agent, came to my home to set up my Entertainment Center. Upon his arrival, we discussed the desired set up; and then James began to work. James provided excellent service, is knowledgeable, and he goes the extra mile. When the set up was done, he ensured each device worked as it should. He told me to call the Geek Squad if any troubleshooting was needed. None was, as James provided 110% excellent customer service. Grateful for James and the Geek Squad agents. Sally K

The agents set up my TV as well as all of our components. They went the extra mile to work on are Sony TV box to get it set up as well I was very impressed with the time that they spent to make sure everything was working perfect

The Geek Squad moved 1 TV to a different location and reconnected it. They then installed the new TV and worked with us to understand how to use all the features. They were very patient and helpful.

The agents removed the old TV and mounted and set up the new one. It was all done the day after purchase. It couldn’t have been better! This was done for my 95-year young mother, who was thrilled to have a working TV installed so quickly. They took the time to make sure she wes comfortable with hew cable set-up and remote.

John and Justin are REMARKABLE!!!! They removed the dinosaur I had and replaced it very professionally with the Samsung. John and Justin over delivered. Ryan from Geeksquad was very professional and personable. He certainly knew his stuff! Ryan spent the necessary time to set up 2 TV's and go over everything with me. I would highly recommend having Ryan from the Newington, NH store handle your needs! Great job!

The service techs arrived on schedule and promptly began installation of my equipment. They determined the new cable box was defective, but were able to obtain the result I desired without the new box,which I returned to the cable company!
