The two gentlemen who set up my TV were on time and efficient. They answered my questions and got my TV up and running quickly.

Moises did a great job of setting up the TV and instructing us how to use it.

This service is critical and so easy especially for my parents who would struggle to lift this large TV, and struggle with set up given they aren't great with technology. Definitely recommend getting installation and even removal of old products at the same time!!

Great pre-visit communication and agent arrived when he said he would, set everything up for me, took away my old set and stayed until I was comfortable that I understood all the features and that those features were working properly.

I couldn't have done it without them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns and I was very pleased with all their work. Would not try this without them. Very courteous and cleaned up well afterward.

The agent set up and connected all of my devices. Walked me through the remote control buttons. The colors are sharp and bright. Feels like I am a theater. Love it.

Beyond expectations. As a former service manager I could only wish to have more people like this gentlemen. He exuded confidence from arrival through to wrap up. I observed every move he made, watched how he worked around issues, observed his determination and perseverance as he hit snags in the process. End result, I've never been happier with my home surround sound system and I owe it all to your technician. This gentlemen is a keeper, don't let him slip by you, if he does let me know where I can contact him. There aren't many of his makeup left! BTW, there are two service tickets, all involving setting up my system. All that I have said here carries over to the other service ticket.

The Technican was knowledgeable, neat with his work and he completed the setup task very quickly.
