Fantastic service. Technician set up the TV, removed the old one and answered all of my questions.

Installers were fantastic. After setting up new TV and Sound Bar they provided detailed instructions on operation and use of the units and remotes.

Very nice young men to setup this TV. All though they had a lot of knowledge they had some issues like how to setup the TV on its stand. Quick to point out that some things I still needed to use would not be possible. As this was their last call of the day they seemed to be more interested on getting home. This call was put on them at the last minute by someone else. No instructions about how to use this product that might have been needed.

Very professional installer and on time! Well worth price. It would have taken me all day to do set up. Got right to work and got TV set up with other components in a timely manner.

They accomplished in minutes what would take me days. When installed, they repeatedly did “show and tell” so we were confident of the operation. I would suggest they have a few common parts such as cables for sale on the truck.

The Geek Squad were on time, clear in explaining features of our new TV and were very courteous. They removed our old Projection Tv and they left everything clean and neat. I would recommend their service. It was a bit pricey but worth it.

The technician did a thoroughly professional job setting up our new tv and DVD player, and they work great. He instructed us on how to use both. We were very impressed by his competence and pleasant demeanor.

Geek squad sent a subcontractor that just installed tv and could not get it working correctly. Had to have a real Geek squad member come back out and did a excellent job setting up Tv and explained how to use TV.

The Geek Squad set up our new TV and Soundbar. The were pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the operation of both in detail. Spoke to us and asked if we understood in a pleasant way.

Ramon did a great job installing my new Sony 4K 49-inch TV and soundbar!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!! Answered all our questions and showed us how to use all the features. Cleaned up all the packaging!!

I recently had a new 4K UHD smart TV set up and installed by Geek Squad. The main technician also installed a new oven at the same location about a month earlier. Both items were early Christmas gifts for my parents. The technician and his assistant were polite, thorough and efficient. My parents were completed satisfied with the setup and installation process. Also, I give kudos to the main technician who informed us that the TV did not come with an HDMI cable which was required for the cable box to TV connection. Luckily, he had a 4K ready HDMI cable which we purchased for a reasonable price. The technicians did an excellent job disconnecting the old TV, relocated it to a convenient nearby space, and then set-up and installed the new TV. I'm very impressed with Geek Squad's professionalism. I will plan to use their services again.

65" SAMSUNG 4K Tizen Crystal UJD cu7000 Picture is Good, and an Excellent price. However: ALL TV Sets Should Have at least 4 HDMI Slots, because You Will Need Them.
