Drew did an outstanding job of setting up our new television. Unfortunately the cable was not working so we had to call xfinity to correct the problem.

Set up was easy and done very professionally. Made sure that we understood how tv works.

I had an initial problem because the base of my new tv was too wide to fit on my cabinet. The Geek squad explained my problem and helped me find the appropriate base on amazon. Then the squad leader arranged (without my needing to do anything) for a follow up visit (at no charge). I couldn’t be happier with the geed squad.

The Geek Squad members that were at my home were very friendly and pleasant to speak with. They did a great job of setting up my TV stand but unfortunately the stand was to small for my 85" TV. No fault of theirs as I was informed by sales that the stand would hold my TV. Ended up having to wait a whole week to get my new stand, all while my new TV and unusable, built TV stand sat on the floor taking up needed space.

ADAM and SAL ARE FABULOUSLY ABLE AND WILLING…….There are STILL CONNECTION PROBLEMS DESPITE the SET UP so They are coming back and sending the Home Team in to see what I need. I bought this Samsung 65" to replace my 7 yr old Samsung 65" TV which needed to be replaced for several years now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Best Buy, from the installation to the set up.. They were very friendly and knowledgeable which made this transaction very pleasant for me. Needless to say, I am very pleased and highly recommend Best Buy and their knowledgeable and friendly Geek Squad, who I am confident will be there to assist me if there any problems if any should any arise.

geek squad delivered and set up my tv quickly and seemingly effortlessly. I watched it and was glad I took their service. There was no way I could do the tweaking they performed. $ well spent.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing our new 40" Samsung tv. They first removed the 36" tube tv and then assembled the stand to the new tv and installed in an entertainment center. They took their time and did a wonderful installation! It looks great and works fine!

The guy did a great job setting this up. He was very helpful and showed me how to work everything.

Geek squad unpacked my new TV and quickly set it up. Removed all packing and cleaned up very well. Linked the new remote to the TV and quickly got things up and running. Linked the set to Internet so I could use streaming services. Job well done.
