This was my first smart tv purchase and the techs were immensely helpful in walking me through the set up and activation steps. I'd highly recommend their service if you're a novice such as myself, as they make the experience significantly easier to navigate.

I had heard about the Geek Squad............... I thought the personnel would be stuffee guys. To my surprise, They were very nice and pleasant. They were very professional. I thought it would present a problem placing the TV in the small basement. The representative explained the difference of the old set vs the new one. He reassured me if I had further question give them a call

Two-man team did an excellent, complete and quick set up. They then demonstrated everything to me.

The agents had the TV set up, connected, and working in less than 30 minutes. They answered all questions.

The Geek Squad mounted our new TV on the wall and remounted our old TV in a different location. They were pleasant and efficient. The only reason I rated the job a "4" instead of a "5" is because when mounting our old TV, they must have touched the screen along the edges and left these smear marks which I haven't been able to remove. The good news is that they don't show up when the TV is on.

Set up was easy and done very professionally. Made sure that we understood how tv works.

The installation crew was very professional and efficient. would given 5 stars but it wasn't made clear by Best Buy that the delivery crew wasn't going do the install. Then it was days after delivery before the install team came.

david an daniel were both great - very respectful, very knowledgeable and performed whatever tasks i needed done - they even had a few suggestions that worked out better than my original plans

DeShawn and Jeremy were both EXCELLENT each time they came. First visit was to deliver and set up our TV and TV Cabinet but the cabinet was badly damaged. They were very helpful in telling us how to get the issue resolved. Returned damaged one and ordered replacement.They set up the new TV and went through everything with us. When new TV stand arrived they were both again excellent in doing their job and connecting the components in a timely fashion. Whenever we need any more assistance with delivery and setup we hope we get them back again. KUDOS to both of them!!

Well worth having the Geek Squad deliver and set up the TV, I'm not a technical person, just getting it out of the box was amazing to me. They did a great job hauling my old rear projection TV out and putting the new TV in place. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come within the 4 hour delivery window but all & all very good job.

The agents delivered and installed my TV without a problem. They were both very nice and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.

The two that mounted and installed my TV were the greatest. They were congenial, courteous, kind and respectful. I would request them every time.
