Agent was great setting up my TV and took the time to explain features. Great job!

The Geek Squad did everything promised in setting up the TV and sound bar and also hauled away our heavy old set. When we had a sync problem after they left, it took only a short phone call to give us instructions on fixing the problem.

The agents set up our new tv, connected it to devices, disposed of the trash and even moved the old tv upstairs for me! Terrific service!

The installers were courteous, prompt, and expert at their job. The first TV they brought was defective, but they took it back and replaced with a new one the same days. Couldn't be happier with the result, and at a reasonable price!

As always, the Geek Squad did excellent job. Have had this on prior tv - was a bit disappointed that price went up (5 years prior) but what hasn't? Excellent job installing & setting up as always. I wouldn't buy a large tv any other way.

The installers took little time to mount one TV and install the other on a TV stand, hide routers, WiFi, TV boxes and cords and get me up and running with instruction on how to use everything.

At 100+ lbs, this 85" TV required two Geek Squad installers. They arrived on time, carefully removed it from packaging (and took that huge carton back with them), and mounted it as requested on the stand sitting on my console. They also did a quick set up of my digital services and a very brief tutorial on the set's operation.

They worked great as a team, each did their task no friction or anything else, while I sat on the couch and ask questions. They were polite and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Good job....

I can’t say enough good about the Geek Squad guys who delivered and set up my TV. Took just a little more than an hour. When they left the appliance was interfacing with all peripheral devices, receiving all available OTA channels, and working flawlessly with my 5.1 Yamaha sound system. They even adjusted the speaker height and placement to match the larger panel. We have had very good experience with Geek Squad techs for home theater and computer setup and service.
