Outstanding setup of new Tv so much b then me crawling all,over floor and reading and rereading directions. During COVID 19 restrictions I was left with no added stress, just a happy ending.

The TV was perfect size for our sons Bedroom, we had a Best Buy technician come and connect it to the swivel wall hookup we bought with it. He setup the TV with no problem and got it turned on and tested channels on it as well.

ADAM and SAL ARE FABULOUSLY ABLE AND WILLING…….There are STILL CONNECTION PROBLEMS DESPITE the SET UP so They are coming back and sending the Home Team in to see what I need. I am grateful they are available. It’s a good service which I need!!! THANK YOU guys you’re great. I really appreciate your wonderful help! Sal and Adam are a GREAT TEAM !!!

Installer was gracious, patient and quite knowledgeable. He answered multiple questions about features, costs of added features if we should decide to get them, limitations with our older DVD player, etc. His demo was concise and very helpful.

The squad got my new TV up and running, moved the old TV downstairs, got it running, and took away my old old TV, all in less than one hour. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you.
