I was satisfied with the tv which was not very expensive. I thought it performed as well as the previously owned which was much more expensive

So worth it on the labor alone. Are two guys came out took great care in taking down our old TV and a new mount and putting the new Tv up. They covered all the bases and we were very satisfied with their work and how they taught us how to operate the TV.

Mike and his partner were very professional and informative. Also, very patient in answering questions and use instructions on the new units.

Terrific TV, wonderful service by the Geek Squard to set it up for us. The picture is sharp, the sound is good and we are happy to have it.

Originally I added this to my TV order because without it I had to pay shipping but with it, shipping was free which confused me. But regardless, I am so glad I did! They were SO helpful, answered any and all questions while installing and setting up our tv and they helped us feel even more confident in our purchase!

Finally bought my first 4k TV and had geek squad set it up for me, They were really helpful going through the set up process and explaining every detail of the TV. Would highly recommend them for your installation and setup of your new TV.

I can’t say enough good about the Geek Squad guys who delivered and set up my TV. Took just a little more than an hour. When they left the appliance was interfacing with all peripheral devices, receiving all available OTA channels, and working flawlessly with my 5.1 Yamaha sound system. They even adjusted the speaker height and placement to match the larger panel. We have had very good experience with Geek Squad techs for home theater and computer setup and service.

The GEEK Squad did an outstanding job. With the connect and soup of my direct tv system with the new TV. After it was all set up they walked me through all of the functions of the new remote. I am very happy with the service that they did for me.

Best Buy's Geek Squad is prompt, knowledgeable, patient with non-techi people, get the job done fast, but carefully. They helped me understand all that I needed to know and answer my many questions.

The picture quality is very good; however, you can't use a channel number to go to a particular station. You have to rotate thru all of the channel "lettered names" each time to get to the station that you want. I didn't know this when I bought it. This wasn't mentioned until the Geek Squad installed it. If I had known this I might have bought something else. Plus, for a while it would go back to the station you were watching previously (before you turned it off)--I don't know what happened but it won't do that anymore either. It now goes back to AMC each time it is turned on and I have to rotate thru all the stations until I get to the one I want. Also some of the stations that it says are scanned it just calls "unknown station". Doesn't help anything.

The two Geek Squad members who showed up did a great job! They were both very friendly and professional. It takes a little while for me to adapt to new technology so I really appreciate that they were very patient with me.

He installed my TV very efficiently. Explained carefully how to use the additional features. I would not have liked to have to put it together myself. Seemed more difficult than expected. Excellent service.

I wanted more instruction on operation snd how to change settings like sound bar has too much background noise. The other TV moved closed caption on and have been unable to delete.
