The agents delivered my TV and connected all my external inputs. However, they seemed rushed and didn’t explain a lot. Also, I had purchased new HDMI cords and they just dropped the small plastic covers on the floor. I have a dog. I was not pleased that they were so careless.

Geek Squad is the only way to go. He was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He programmed the remote and took extra time to make sure we knew how to locate all the options on our new smart TV. He was also a pro with cord management.

The set-up team arrived a couple of minutes early - a positive for us as we had plans for later in the day. The set-up took less than 45 minutes (including the soundbar). The team was great at explaining the operation of our new system and was so polite. And they took all of the boxes and packing materials with them. Never knew they were here after they left.

Great Job! The individual who set up my TV and paired it with the stand explained what he was doing and demonstrated the details and programs associated with the TV and also instructed me on the maintenance of the TV and the stand.
