The installer was very professional. He installed the new TV, and explained what he was doing in terms we could understand.

The boys did a great job installing my new TV. They were clean and efficient and knew exactly how to install it in a small space. They showed me how to set it up and use the remote.

The people from the Geek Squad that I've dealt with have all been great. I've had them in my home setting up my TV and I've talked to them in the store and they were very knowledgeable.

Unit shows very well, has some good sidings options. Good sound too.

Outstanding delivery and setup services. Setup the TV to work with our existing internet service provider using LG streaming, programmed all of our favorite network and streaming services (Appleplus, Netflix etc.) They also connected my stereo receiver, BlueRay Disc player, computer and old school Wii game. Very impressed with the performance, professionalism, and knowledge of the Geek Squad members. Very pleased. They even hauled away my old heavy tv.

Geek Squad came out and set up my bee electronics. A new tv along with taking away my old tv. They were frat. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone. They always treated me right.

They ser up my TV and connected me to cable. They walked me though all the nice features that the 5V has.

We cannot say enough about the Geek Squad and the customer service agent Allison M. at the Holland Michigan store!!! We bought a new Sony 65" during the Christmas crazies. We had to wait a week for delivery and set up because they were totally booked. When the Geek squad unpacked the box the screen was cracked. The store did not have a replacement in stock and deliveries were maxed out. But Allison worked her magic and within 5 days they were back and sent a great Geek Squad team to do the installation. Super personalities, efficient and all around nice people!!! Thanks for having great people on staff! You made our Christmas Merry!

GREAT SERVICE. Our technician was knowledgable, gave instructions at a level we could understand. Took time to assure everthing was set up to our satisfaction. Made recommendations - which we took- on purchase to protect our wide screen from power outages. He was personable and polite as well. Could not have asked for a better experience.

The Geek Squad was here on time and hooked up all my devices to the TV and the new remote. It was a pleasure to watch them get the work done quickly and efficiently. They answered all the questions we had.

The agent that delivered our TV was excellent. He installed it and then showed and explained whatever my husband asked him to.

He did a good job but there were some issues I had to fix myself after he left. I couldn’t use my remote to turn on & off and adjust volume. I fixed the issue by simply moving the tv back a little but had to get help since it was heavy.

Geek squad was outstanding. Courteous.polite and very friendly and knowledgeable. They were most helpful. A credit to Best Buy.Would recommend without reservations.

The squad unpacked the TV, installed it where we wanted and set it up. It works well and we are happy with paying the extra amount for installation, well worth it.

Purchased this plan to accompany my products. Due to lower prices at Best Buy over other retailers, it is a win win and has now paid for itself a few times over. It includes set up and packing removal. Being a new homeowner, I am so tired of having to set up my own stuff and it seemed to take me months to remove the packing. This plan is worth its weight in gold.
