The agents installed my floodlight and nest smoke detector. They were excellent, efficient and very friendly. It was one of the best experiences I have had with Best Buy!!

Ordered a new big screen Sony. The next day it was delivered and successfully installed by GS. Very professional. Explained how this TV works. Cleaned up the area and took all trash and old TV with him. Very happy with experience.

The best investment made. I ordered the TV, had it delivered and installed. The Geek squad came and installed a woofer, Sonos speaker and Eero for wifi expansion.

I questioned the $200 fee to deliver and set up the TV, but since I'm not supposed to lift that much, I went along with using the Geek Squad. Boy, are we pleased! The agents were great and efficient, but they took the time to show my non-technical wife how to use all the streaming features. She is thrilled with 'her' new TV, and I think we got a great value.

I purchased 65" LG B8 tv and a Samsung 3.1 soundbar. I had the Geek squad set up both. Two techs came out and had tv and soundbar up and running in about 30 minutes. They answered all of my questions before leaving.

The delivery and set-up of the TV was terrific. We could not have handled it without them They helped set up our DVD jukeboxes and everything and even told us about an USB that plugs in and makes things work better.

Geek Squad was great. They delivered our 65 inch TV, set it up and explained all the functions. We would recommend them to anyone who is not very tech savy, especially Seniors.

Installation went smooth and I am very happy. Installer explained everything, I'm very new to this system And could use another tutorial, Ha, Ha but he explained everything and was very thorough, I love everything.
