Agent set up tv and all devices so quickly & everything works perfectly!

The Geek Squad did a great job setting up our new TV and getting everything connected to cable and the ability to use one remote. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

The men who arrived to set up my tv, sound bar, blu Ray we’re profession and fully aware of how to set up the equipment. They were able to explain how everything worked. Actually explained in a way that was easy to understand

Mike did a great job. Explained features and hook up all devices. Not crazy about the sound. It roars on all setting but clear voice. Also not crazy about the sales person. He did not explain the transaction. Terms and answers kept changing. Felt like i was being taken advantage of.

Service tech was excellent, very knowledgeable . He was extremely patient explaining everything to me and very nice.

Geek squad came the next day to set up my tv and did it quickly.

The teck. was polite, professional, and efficient . He also was very patient in explaining and showing me how to operate the remote. The service is well worth the cost to me.

The rep was on time, was personable and knowledgeable. What he did in a short time would have taken me a day as I didn't have a clue. It was well worth every penny. Thank you.

We had our television installed by the geek squad. These two men know what they were doing, they mocked up with tape where the tv should be placed. Once they reciwvooir approval, they were quick to complete the job!!!

I highly recommend the Geek Squad techs. Will and (sorry I don’t remember his name) his co-worker arrived as scheduled and assembled my home theatre system out of the boxes they were delivered in. They set a blanket down, to keep from scratching my wood floors, wore shoe covers, and proceeded to put everything together in a timely fashion. They left NO empty boxes, paper, or trash of any kind. When finished setting everything up, they asked if I was happy with the results. Yes, I’m very happy. Great job guys.

Geek squad arrived on time. Dismantled my old tv, installed the new and hooked up the DVD player, cable box and old sound bar. Plus my old tv was hauled AWAY. SORRY ABOUT THE CAP LOCK.

The unpacking and setup was great except for one thing - Geek Squad didn't tell me I needed to update the operating software. Seems basic but this is the first tv I've owned in 15 years so they were all old-style. It was my internet provider who suggested the update. The guys were friendly and neat.

The team that did our install was great! I was worried about having strangers come to my home but would not hesitate to have these folks back. They kept us informed of their arrival time and took the time needed to do the job well.

Technicians were on time, they were very skilled and careful not to damage walls when they were accessing the cables that needed to be replaced behind my tv.

The guys that set up my tv were awesome! They got all my speakers working, linked all of my streaming apps and got them working, and even hooked up my SiriusXM. They did a great job! Very happy!!
