The agents removed our TV from the box very carefully and put it on the stand. which we already had. They also hooked up our Xfinity cable service, Firestick, and Netflix subscription. They showed us how to use the remote, and made it possible for us to use our cable remote also. The agents answered all of our questions, and removed our old TV. The men were very knowledgeable and helpful with any concerns we had. We would recommend the Geek Squad service to anyone buying a large screen TV, because they are trained to remove a large, somewhat heavy TV from the box and set it up properly and quickly.

When the Geek Squad gentleman installed my new 50 inch Vizio Quantom M tv I think he might not have unpacked the owner`s manual. Can you help me to get one?

The technician came on time he unmounted the T.V. from wall. He left wall nice and clean. He put the stand back on the T.V. excellent job done by the geek squad technician.

With all the prep work we did the guys chores went very quickly. A bit too quickly since they were racing to the delivery truck in just over a half hour. We had hoped they would setup the picture to it's optimal performance. The installer said that the direct TV system took forever to reboot. So we were left with the challenge of getting the most from the display. In the end it worked out. We are constantly blown away by the exceptional vision our qm8 puts out.

Can't say enough about how great this service was. While I am sure we could have installed the TV, having people who do it all the time and were in and out in no time was worth it. We know the TV is secure and they answered all of our questions.

Both installers did an outstanding job of setting up my audio and video equipment. They explained all of the features - and how to use the equipment.

We had a problem where our home theater no longer transmitted video and then audio for our cable. I diagnosed it as potentially an ethernet cable problem. However, I wanted a second opinion and the Geek Squad tech came and determined that the converter box (IP to HDMI) was potentially the cause. They further analyzed and determined that the cable needed to be spliced. In the end new converters and cable re-splicing addressed this vexing problem, The tech demonstrated good debugging and communicated clearly what was being done. The result was great including reprogramming our universal remote.

THE FIRST GEEK WAS POLITE BUT THE SYSTEM DID NOT WORK AS IT WAS SUSPOSE TO AFTER HE LEFT. A WEEK LATER ANOTHER GEEK CAME TO THE HOUSE AND REDID THE WORK THE FIRST GEEK DID AND NOW THE SYSTEM WORKS AS IT WAS DESIGNED TO . BETTER PICTURE AND SOUND. THIS WOULD BE A 5 STAR REVIEW IF THE SECOND GEEK HAD SHOWED UP FIRST.

Geek squad was outstanding!! Set up the tv got all channels downloaded and spent extra time with my brother to show him the new remote.
