The person who did this for me explained what he was doing as he did each step and even told me if i had any issues to just call and reach out perfect assistance

This was the third attempt over as many weeks to deliver The LG Nano TV. Not the agents fault but a "warehouse" problem. The agents were great ,arrived on time but ran into problem placing it on stand because the legs of TV are much wider than earlier models. While I had ordered a 65" that model was suddenly not available. So I received a 75 " for the same price . So the guys had a lot of work to do putting the TV where I had planned on it going. They were great! The agents did pair it to my Comcast remote instead of the LG remote which I need to know how to use inorder to adjust settings.

The Geek Squad installer was very courteous and efficient. He even hooked up our old DVD/VCR player so we can easily watch our old tapes on our new tv. Could not have asked for a better installation.

It was quick and easily done. The service personal were very professional and knowledgeable. They willing answered all questions we had.
