The agent delivered and set up my tv, taught me how to use it. He was great. I love being able to have this as part of my total tech support membership.

The agents mounted the tv to the wall and connected it to our streaming services. They did a great job and had it all set up quickly. Well worth the money!

Spencer kept me in the loop. He notified me he's running late and gave me an up dated arrival time. Spencer was very friendly and worked fast. He kept the place clean. He made sure I knew how to operate the remote.

Best Buy installed my 65 inch T.V. They were the best ,professional and very polite they brought in a big blanket vacuum cleaner and every piece of paper,dust,etc. they made sure it was clean also the installation was the best.

Bought a new LB C2 65 inch tv and wanted to make sure everything is connected correctly including to my surround sound system. The Geek squad came a did a masterful job of connecting everything and setting up the picture for me. Then gave a nice training lesson on how to use my new smart tv (since this is my first smart tv). Glad to have the Geek squad there to support me.

Techs that delivered TV and set it up were friendly and professional. It was obvious they do this daily. The Geek Squad service is what led us to purchase from Best Buy. Highly recommend to others.

These guys did such a fantastic job for us! Very professional and great at problem solving.

The only thing I wish they could have done is to arrange the icons on the home screen with our most used (YouTube TV) at the top. A previous Geek Squad technician did that on our other TV. These technicians said they didn't have a way of doing that.

Good job. They knew their stuff and made some creative suggestions, just wish they had shared more information and been available after the fact.
