I received very professional, fast and friendly service as I have come to expect when I purchased and Best Buy delivered and instld. my new LG 55" T.V. Now I have to take the time to buy a Samsung or some type that doesn't fight with the LG with the new firesticks. I have to get rid of the Vizio in the adjoining room because when I turn off one or the other than the remaining one will come on.

Best Buy Geek Squad removed heavy old TV and set up new Smart TV very quickly. Answered all our old school questions very patiently. Excellent service. Courteous and helpful!

Quickly set up TV, connected to Ethernet, sound bar, and Blu-ray. Made basic picture adjustments. Very pleased

All good except, we were missing the TV remote. We had a Firestick but then realized that we needed it for an upgrade date. All good though, after having to purchase one separately.

Agent was very helpful in setting up the tv and giving us instructions for operation.

THE GUYS THAT WERE HERE TO SET UP MY 55 INCH TV WERE SO NICE AND HELPFUL, THEY MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING ABOUT THE TV BEFORE THEY LEFT, CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

The two guys who installed my new smart TV arrived on-time, were professional, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves removing all packing material from my home. I have nothing negative to say.

My TV was installed by a 3rd party not a Geek. He did a good job but was hard to understand. The installation was good, but explaining the setup was a little problem.

The person that came for the installation was very knowledgeable and courteous, he did above and beyond to install and program TV before leaving, we had some problems with my cable network connection and he waited while I was talking to the network company for help.
