Professional knowledgeable - great work! Cleaned up and hauled all trash.

The contractors are great, professional and friendly. The tv is heavy but not crazy, it’s more the large size makes it difficult to handle. Let the movers handle it so if anything breaks you’re covered.

GS guy Ryan was awesome and connected everything quickly even when we had to figure out another way! Demonstrated how to use all new stuff very clearly! Definitely worth the money!

Ramsay tool all the time necessary to not only setup the TV, but also to make sure that all of my devices were connected to the same Wifi connection, including an Antenna, and OTA DVR, my AT&T cable, a Hard drive, and my new (BB provided) eero Mesh system. It took longer than we expected, but he stayed calm, and we worked together to make it all work, Patience is a virtue. He has loads of it! We've worked together before, and if I could, I would ask fo him on every Install. I could never have done it without him. Period.

The geek Squad Installed my new TV and hooked it up to all the devices that I had including my hearing aids and DVD player.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV in the corner of my family room, as requested, and hooked it up to all my other devices, including my DVD player. It's working beautifully. The only (very minor) issue is that the blacks are so black they wash out very dark colors, like blue. I can't seem to adjust this properly.

Two people came to set up my 65" LG tv and all went well. They were on time and they set it up quickly and showed me how to use it then they had me show them I could use it which was great.

Agent did everything necessary, including a bit of tweeking and training for us old folks. Danny I think it was....and took the old TV away.

Had my apps up and running and even connected an antenna I'd purchased from a competitor. Explained menus and remote for my new big screen TV. Weren't rushed or condescending. Great service and well worth the cost.

The agent ( alex ) from the geek squad was fantastic ! he made the whole process go smoothly. including installing the DVD palyer and my satalite TV connection.

The AGENTS do more then expected. I didn't know that my TV could be adjusted to my individual sight and audio needs.

If you are not techies......Don't think twice about having your big screen tv set up by the Geek Squad. They came in and made sure everything was up and running and gave us Smart TV 101 lessons.

They did an excellent job the TV works amazing now! It's definitely worth the money to have them put up the TV in programming and not afterward about it!

They came in unboxed the tv hooked up my cable system and then showed me how to use it. They hauled away all of the trash and my old tv.

Installers set up TV perfectly. They were very professional and very helpful.
