Installer arrived as scheduled, were fast and efficient, and gone in time for a meeting I would have had to skip. (Had planned to skip but timing worked well.)

Tech wass courteous and competent. However, he showed up unannounced 5h orior to the beginning of my scheduled time range, catching me off guard and not cable to organize my complete list of preparatory issues/questions. Said he had to make a rush trip to Oklahoma so I was on the way. Did not hook up my DVD player and seemed anxious to adjust an issue when he thought he was thru even though he did fix the issue.

Geek squad did an awesome job but I think the TV does all the work. Save your money and try it yourself. The TV walks you thru the entire set up.
