The Geek Squad guy had our TV mounted and hooked up to all our devices quickly. He also took the time to show us how to operate everything with the remotes.

Willie the installer was excellent, but to charge $199.00 to deliver and set up the tv purchased from Best Buy is ridiculous. That is why I always purchase my TV’s from BB because of their customer service. That has gone out the window. The installer wasn’t even with the Geek Squad, but a contractor.

These guys are the real deal, they knows there stuff installed my tv in no time and show me everything I need to know , they even give my there number to call if I have any question or problem

We were delighted with our Geek Squad install. We got a 55 in 4k tv as a gift and they scheduled our install very quickly. The young man called first and when he came in he installed the legs and ran cords through them, hooked it all up and carried it to the entertainment unit. He set it all up so all remotes including the Roku and Fire stick and PlayStation all worked seamlessly. He was very knowledgeable and was not only efficient but carried all boxes away. Very pleased with our service.

The agents did their job, but unlike th apast they were not consultative, rather justdid the job and left. What I liked about Geek Squad was the way they explained and advised customers. That was missing , but the no complaints on the job, just the experience
