    The agents were so helpful not just in installing the TV and correcting the previous installation of the router but also gave demonstrations of usage and how devices worked.

    The guys were super helpful with the set up -- particularly in helping us figure out how to use Spectrum with the Roku, so we don't have to use quite so many remotes.

    Very impressed with the Geek Squad service received for the delivery, connection, and wall mounting of the TV. Paid extra to have the wires hidden by having them run through the wall. Everything I wanted.

    Great TV, however I now need 3 remotes to operate.Now I do have a bose sound bar, but 2 TV remotes???????

    The installer mounted my TV to the stand I had purchased, connected my TV as well as my dvr. He explained how to use the TV remote and how to navigate through the on-screen menu option.
