The two Geek Squad agents who delivered my TV connected everything and made sure all was working perfectly. They were very knowledgeable and very intent on getting everything working perfectly. They also helped make sure my Roku stick worked with the new TV. They were very nice.

The agents were so friendly hooked up my tv and Blu-ray with such ease. They definitely know what they doing . Answered all my questions. So knowledgeable.

In and out and completely set up for 85" Sony Bravia 7, and a Sony Bravia Theater 8 Soundbar in less than one hour. Remotes all sank together, testing and very careful and clean.

Frank and his partner from the Frederick, MD store were excellent. I had problems with the first TV I ordered - it never showed up and I couldn't get any confirmation about the status of the order from the Best Buy call center - even after repeated calls. Ended up cancelling that order, and placed an order for a newer model. Frank understood my frustration with the initial order, was apologetic for the way it was handled (or mishandled) - got the 2nd order delivered, set up, and made sure everything was functioning well. He then took the extra step to advocate for me with the store manger and got a reduction on the purchase price as a compensation for the mishandling on my initial order. This was above and beyond my expectation. Thanks Frank!! Much appreciated.

The installer setup the TV, DVD player and Soundbar and connected them to network and set top box. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working. He was also very helpful and instructed us on how to use the system.

Recently, Geek Squad Agent Isabella and her team did an outstanding job of unpacking and installing my new 2024 Sony Bravia 43" 4K HDTV, including positioning it on the existing pedestal on my TV stand. She and they were exceptional and the perfect example of customer-oriented employees. Isabella and her team were highly skilled, efficient, kind, patient, very happy to explain aspects of my new Sony Bravia, and answer my questions. I probably interacted the most with Isabella, and that was such a positive experience. For my family and I, over the years, I have purchased so many Best Buy televisions, pedestals, computers, printers, routers, and kitchen appliances, utilizing the Geek Squad for so many installations. It is because of outstanding employees like Isabella that keep me returning to the Geek Squad and to Best Buy in Las Vegas, Nevada, typically in Summerlin. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

The technicians were prompt, extremely courteous and extremely professional. They did an excellent job with the mounting and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed. Have had these same two technicians for previous work and they are always professional!

I purchased a television and Home Setup service as a house warming gift for my sister and companion. They raved about Will, their Geek Squad Tech. They said setup and removal of packaging materials was superb. Will patiently and thoroughly explained the new features and operation of the television. Bravo!!

New tv has great sound and picture qualty. Controls are easy to set up and use. Having a smart tv really does make streaming and watching cable programs easy

The guys brought the television down to the basement entertainment area and set it up very quickly and efficiently. They programmed it in minutes and checked it out. They even hauled away the old tv. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely will do it again next time.

I couldn't be any more satisfied with the Geek Squad service that was completed on December 16th. The two men brought my new replacement Insignia TV (which I love) up to the second floor and while one of the men took the TV that wasn't being replaced to their van the other man did a masterful and professional job of setting up my new TV and he didn't leave until he had taught me in detail how to go about using my new one. This was not my first time having the Geek Squad set up a new TV for me and each time I can honestly say that I have been very happy with both the results of their efforts and of course both TVs. I highly recommend the Geek Squad out of Best Buy for your product requirements and for their great work.

The two squad members were very professional. Worked efficiently and quickly. When the T V was in place they set it up and instructed me how to access all the features. They made sure I was knowledgeable about the product and happy with everything.

Great TV for the price, My son purchased same TV and recommended it to us . Ordered it online, delivery was free and it arrived within a few days of my order. Picture clarity and sound are great . Easy to set up and navigate remote .

The agents set up my new Smart TV (replacing a ten year old one that was not so Smart!). They connected to my cable and streaming services. So much better than trying to do it myself!

I have had it for 8 months and we love it! We use a 4K firestick with no problems and multiple services including streaming Direct TV. Wonderful 4K picture!!

The agent mounted my 70 inch TV, put together my TV stand, placed all the cords in and mounted to the wall, program my logic remote control to the TV, Wii, DVD and DirectV box. They work quickly and show me and my husband how yo operate the remote control. What an awesome team.
