I was out of town so I had techs come in and set up our new 75” Roku for my husband who is a disabled veteran. They were great, even called me to make sure they had taken care of everything. Well done!

I've used Geek Squad service many times and they always do an excellent job. They are knowledgable of the products they install and always make me feel comfortable using the product before they leave. They were careful to bring my new television in and made sure they didn't knick my furniture. They disposed of all the packing materials and set up the television in the location I wanted.

The person who delivered my Roku and set it up was helpful and patient and made sure I was comfortable with the TV and its abilities before he left.

I was so happy with the excellent customer service and set-up Mike gave me on the 20th of this month.He explained everthing in full detail,asked me if I had any questions and when I did again explained.. A wonderful experience and he even cleaned up after the set-up and picked up papers,etc

First of all I bought the 50” Samsung TV and had it delivered to my brothers house because it was a birthday present. Well I have to say that my brother was absolutely thrilled, amazed and appreciative and grateful for the 20 star service that your 2 delivery people gave my brother, This is why we love Best Buy and being a Geek Squad member & why we both will always shop at Best Buy. The Geek Squad installers were very professional and courteous while installing the TV. Also, they were good at explaining the process of operating the TV in simple terms after installation.

Geek Squad notified me 15 minutes before arrival. Staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Everything was connected correctly and quickly. Well worth the money for this service. Would highly recommend.

The Geek Squad representative showed up on time, was very knowledgeable but explained everything in an understandable way, quickly set the tV up and ensured that my wife and I knew how to operate it and get the most out of it.

We are elderly and definitely not up-to-date on the new gadgets. The Geek Squad guy took the time set up the Roku on the new TV and explain how to use it. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. It's definitely worth the money to have them take care of it.

The gentleman who installed the tv mount was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He involved me in the process and explained what he was doing/planned to do. He also used terminology that I could understand as I am not the least bit tech savvy.

I live alone, so I definitely needed assistance getting the TV set up on the stand and on my entertainment center. The Geek Squad person was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He set me up, gave me pointers for configuration, and took my old TV to be recycled.

Having Geek Squad set up our new smart TV was the smartest thing we could do. Having the tech here enabled the TV to be set up in a fraction of the time. He demonstrated how the TV functions, especially since we are not gamers and do not have streaming services. He set it up to default to our Spectrum service and even took all of the packaging back with him. Very appreciative for this service.

Geek Squad Team member was so patient & informative as he downloaded needed apps & instructed me on usage. Answered all of my questions & made sure I could maneuver between live TV & streaming apps successfully.

Cody Stanley and the other guy that came with him were very respectful, nice and friendly. Even though we had already connected the soundbar they both answered all of our questions and were both very patient. About a week later we had another question and did what Cody recommended and he even called us back later to see if all was working well.
