Gentleman who installed tv was very thorough and knowledgeable. Happy with service provided.

Excellent service. The Service Technician was on time, explained what he was doing, and patiently provided instructions. As senior citizen we needed more specific guidance and the technician provided what we needed. We have Total Tech program and have never been sorry since the service is excellent and dependable.

Agent attached stand, helped me move my TV table to set it on, attached all of my devices - especially the ARC for my new Onkyo AVR receiver, taught me to use it and even fine tuned my Onkyo setup. He also checked my comcast cable box signal strength.

I have had it for 8 months and we love it! We use a 4K firestick with no problems and multiple services including streaming Direct TV. Wonderful 4K picture!!

I was a little leary about buying this service, but I was buying a very expensive OLED TV and wanted it set up by professionals and make sure everything was working, so I added this service. In addition to the installation, all my remotes were programmed to work with the TV, DVD player and Sound Bar. Plus all of the cables were bundled and hidden as best they could, which kept my wife happy. These gentlemen were prompt, keeping me notified when they would arrive, were courteous and made sure I was pleased before they left. Worth the money this time.

Love this tv. So far no complaints. The picture is clear and apps when easy to maneuver.

Geek squad removed old tv and installed new one. On second visit they determined it was defective and ordered me a new one. On third visit they installed the new tv, removed the dvd/vcr player and installed the new Blu-ray player. They did a number of adjustments and analysis to make sure the tv, player, and streaming services were all compatible and worked properly. I appreciate that they stuck with it and kept coming until they got it all to function properly. Thanks geek squad.

I declined the setup service at first, knowing most electronics these days are plug-and-play. I called back and added it because your Agents are good insurance should something be defective out of the box. But then your Agent took the time to show me everything the TV could do and how to navigate all the menus, along with some handy shortcuts. That tutoring alone was worth the money spent. Thank You for a great experience!

Very professional and courteous. Explained everything that was connected and were knowledgeable.

The individual who installed my 65' TV did an excellent job. He connected my external sound bar and my DVR to the TV. He also transferred the remote to my Xfinite remote. The brightness/picture quality was set to standard for better durability. He was polite and helpful.

The team setup the new TV and hauled away old (very heavy plasma tv). They we excellent! Extremely professional, efficient and effective. Had it all completed in 20 minutes. A pleasure to work with.

The two men that setup my tv did and excellent job. They worked quickly and were very friendly and the setup went smoothly.

Nick did a great job getting everything set up and ensuring the safety of himself as well as the furniture the TV would be placed. He went over the controls and made it look easy. I have used the controls and I have been able to pick and choose what I need. Now I am ready to go to the next level once my cable subscription ends in August.

The Squad arrived as planned. They took extra effort to avoid damage the surroundings. Unboxed the product, set it up and confirmed everything was in working order. Prior to leaving they asked if i had any questions and finally on there way out, removed all the packaging material.

You know Murphy's Law well I am very glad I had Best Buy I have a 70 in TV on a swivel bracket by Santa's the first TV came with a little defect the second one came they changed it out it ended up having another defect I ended up upgrading to a little bit better TV a bigger 175 in so you know what they say third time's the charm and it was great because I didn't have to do one thing they did everything and they handled everything for me so if that would have been purchased on Amazon man what a crazy hassle that would have been even any other place I could think of I was happy that I bought it at Best Buy anyway that's my story it was crazy getting too bad TVs in a row but that's on Samsung Best Buy really went above and beyond so I had to leave this to show my appreciation sincerely James

Very satisfied with the purchase. The delivery and setup was very smooth and the person who delivered the TV was very knowledgeable and courteous.

The agent's installed my TV quickly and efficiently and also explained to me all that I needed to know about how everything worked
