There are not enough stars to give the two who did my delivery and install. Greg and his partner went above and beyond my expectations and did not leave until I was comfortable with my new equipment. If only Comcast didn’t send the wrong 4K item (wireless, not a 4K DVR) things would ha be been absolutely perfect. NOT a Geek Squad issue.

The Geek Squad came over and mounted everything and hooked it all up.

Excellent service from the nicest people. The team that installed my television were wonderful, fast and friendly. Normally I am uncomfortable when I have to let people in for a delivery. Not in this case, totally professional!

I was impressed by the service. Arrived on time. Very professional without being stuffy. Courteous and friendly. Knew exactly what they were doing and got it done quickly and efficiently. Explained things to me and answered my questions. Left no mess behind.

Great crew. They assembled the TV on the stand, situated it on my entertainment center, and did all box hookups and remote syncs, efficiently and correctly. Very polite and professional. You can tell when people care about the job, and they did.

Two members of Geek Squad came to install a TV bracket as Set up the TV preferences. They were very helpful in how to use our remote and channels! Highly recommend.

We had a 3rd party contractor set up our 55” Samsung TV instead of the Geek Squad. We had no prior knowledge that it wouldn’t be the Geek Squad. Still, he did a good job in bringing in the tv , setting it up and showing me and the wife on the controls and remotes. The only negative was he wanted to log us in to our internet. We were uncomfortable with him doing that. We did it ourselves but he still wanted to watch us put in our router password. After he left, we changed our router password. Can’t be too careful.

My TV was fixed today, 1-22-2025, and is working great. He added several channels that Sprectrum is including for free.

Anthony delivered and set up my new TV and took the big old non-working one away. He connected the new one to everything and showed me how to use it. He also set up my new Roku at later appointment and showed me how to use it. I'm very pleased with the service. Everything is working perfectly and I am enjoying my new setup. Anthony is very knowledgeable and professional.

These two gentlemen were super outstanding. After I waited the alotted time, I noticed they were highly sufficient in giving me the full rundown of how the tv works and quickly made sure I was all set. Absolutely loved the teamwork from them and also was greatly satisfied with the overall support.

The setup was excellent. Everything was done without problem and the agent was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He demonstrated all the features of the TV including ones we failed to ask about. When he was done he cleaned up everything. Except for the new TV you would not have known he was here.

The guys came in clean, went right to work, talked me through the process, even suggested that I could have had a wall mount in lieu of the cabinet I purchased for the TV -- and they offered me a 10% discount should I order such installation from them rather than from the store. I can rate them as 100% helpful. Of course I could have done it myself (I kid myself -- and you), but it would have taken days and it wouldn't have been done so correctly (and I would have turned the air blue, irritating my wife). These guys aren't just good -- they're superb!

The agent set up my television that I purchased as a gift for my sister abd her family. In addition, the agent gave recommendations on the purchase of another television. Because of her, my sister bought another television. Installation was fast.

Geek squad was very professional in installing my new Sony TV. They set it up explaining how everything works and answering my questions.

We were having trouble getting the DVD player and Netflix to have sound. I had called LG customer support to no avail. Looked for a you tube video. Nothing. Justus and another gentleman with the geek squad came out and had it working in no time. Thank you both. We also had 4 remotes. They showed us a universal remote which we bought. They set everything up and taught us how to use it. They would show us and then have us try it. Smart, quick, considerate guys. Very happy with their service

Geek squad service was great. Very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, patient young men. Even returned a personal call the next day, when I had a problem. I do think BB should offer a discount for BB rewards members, when there is not mount. $199 is too expensive, without a mount involved. Excellent rating based on Geek Squad, not BB price.

The young man who installed our TV, not only brought it by himself, carried it into the house, and assemblied, it with an efficient manner, competent, and very kind. That makes a big difference, in our opinion, of someone who comes into our home, and knows what he is doing. He was so welcoming and kind, enjoying what he was doing, and let us know he had never ever put this tv together, before. Reading the instruction booklet and putting it together with speed and care. Making sure his work area was clean and tidy. He told us, every step he made. . .and assured us, we would be experts by the time he left. Giving us confidence to be able to work this tv, which was different from other's we have had. Mostly giving us a pep talk and not talking down to us, but encouraging us, on every segment of the installation and operation of the TV. Even the speakers in the TV, are so much better than our other TV's. Randy and I were so impressed with this young man, his kindness and knowledge on this tv. That sure help, when you are unsure or out of your league on working tech items. Thank you for sending this young man. Not a Best Buy Associate, but an independent contractor. . . .that was beyond helpful, caring and nice.
