    Worth every penny. Rob and Perry were great. First they wore booties in the house and I didn't even have to ask. Both wore masks another plus! They spent time setting up and loading the TV. Then they patiently explained operational functions. Cleaned up after they set up. They were both professional, polite, and most of all patient! Thank you Rob and Perry

    The tv wasn't mounted was put on stand But yes they got everything hooked up the 1st time and were great teachers on how to operate the tv!! Our original tv sterro stand was too tall so ee got a new one and while moving to other tv stand 1 hook up function wouldn't work so they came back and they got it working!! Both times did an aboutstley fantastic job both times and were great teachers and aboutstley awesome!! Super polite and very professional

    They were very thorough in setting and attaching all my components to the new tv. They also walked us through the setting the tv up with Direct tv and explaining some of the functions. Above and beyond the basic service

    The agent was friendly and professional. He set the tv up and downloaded my streaming apps. Also explained my remote and positioned my three apps together so I wouldn’t have to scroll through all the apps to get to the one I wanted.

    The agents were all on time, efficient and friendly. The experience exceeded all expectations. The agents were totally focused on getting the work completed in a very professional and relaxing manner, Having Geek Squad provide the delivery, install, set up and haul away is the only way to go.

    THIS WAS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR THE HUBBY, DUE THE HOLIDAY SEASON’S TO BOOT! THE INSTALLER WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AS A BUSINESS FRONT FACE, HOWEVER, THE BEST PART WAS HIM BEING HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH ME HUSBAND WHILE STILL WILLING TO DO ANYTHING HE COULD TO CORRECT A MISTAKE NO FAULT OF HIS OWN! (WAS ACTUALLY MY HUBBY’S FAULT AS ALWAYS LOL.) HOWEVER THAT MADE MYSELF FEEL VALUED BY HEAD INSTALLER, THE GENTLEMEN WORKING WITH HIM AS WELL AS THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE!

    The set up of my new Television was a smooth transition. The technical folks did an outstanding job in a quick period of time. The saved me hours of time reading instructions and hours of frustration trying to set up the TV.

    The agents who set up the TV were exceptional both as professionals and understanding "geeks" who explained everything to a layman like me in an understandable way. Cody et.al. are employees that make BestBuy the store I use and highly advise everyone to use.

    The Geeks were on time, quick and efficient. I probably could have set up our new TV by myself, but I knew my wife would give me a hard time if anything went wrong, so I bought the service. Best $100 I ever spent.

    The representative did an outstanding job. He carefully set up the new TV and the remote including connecting to my home wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts. And then he explained how to use the new TV and remote functions. I would use Geek Squad installation again.

    I buy from Best Buy because I can order anything they carry on the online site and arrange for expert setup through the local store. This is twice I've had the Geek Squad out to help with setup, once for a new TV and Blu-ray player, and now for this new receiver. I value this service very much. The guys who came out knew their stuff, were prompt and efficient, and set up everything expertly. It's nice to know that as this stuff gets more and more complex, I have help right here in town.

    PCM mode for stereo audio systems a must

    They spent about a hour here and they mounted it on a Amazon stand and installed the audio system, dvd and Roku stick as well as the internet connection. The audio system, which had to be replaced was found to be incompatible with my 2013 plasma tv, so I got a new tv. The main problem they encountered was that the audio system didn’t report when the tv was connected to satellite, but worked fine with the dvd and Roku. Also the audio system cut off when the volume was up to 60. Not for sure if the audio system was at fault they recommend getting a swap for the audio system that was purchased elsewhere. They left the tv in self audio mode and said they would be happy to come back and try again. Problem is that I recalled reading the audio system manual that because it was a dedicated stereo system, the tv had to be set in PCM Mode which I found in the tv settings. Major problem solved. Also, my speakers were not properly bi-amped. Problem 2 solved. I canceled the appointment when the replacement arrived and returned the unit. I was pretty proud of myself for solving the problem and don’t hold any grudge towards the Geek Squad Techs. They tried everything possible several times to no avail. They were great guys otherwise and I hate to dock them a star. If it wasn’t for PCM mode, I probably would’ve had to exchange the audio system for a 5.1 or more to work right with the tv.

    Ken Gage, Eric and Chris did an excellent job setting up my new LG OLED TV and setting me up with a fully functional remote. The instruction to me was excellent. Thank-you.
