    The first TV had to be replaced and so far the second one is wonderful. Ariel was the set up technician for the second TV and he was wonderful. He showed me many things with the set up and I really appreciated the time he took to show me. A perfect gentleman too.

    Our installer was fabulous! He kept me up to date on his timing for delivery and delivered a great product and a great set up. Texts / emails from Best Buy were useless. Fortunately our installer provided real, useful information!

    Xavier came out and performed a perfect job after the third party installers made the transition to a new set of TV's horrible. Xavier explained each and every question that we had in a courteous and professional level. Great person.

    The agents unboxed and set up our TV, we didn't need it mounted. They were polite and professional and instructed us about how to use our new TV. We were very pleased with their service.

    Excellent communication and quick set upo. He was amazing at teaching us how certain functions actually operate. Can’t recommend this service enough! He did mention that this service would be phased out.

    Two BBY GSP staff, came out and did a great job at getting my TV working again, just by adding the updates. I think LACEY has locked down, the understanding of how to trouble shoot any issues and get them resolved. Thank You Lacey

    My new Samsung 55 in. TV was installed March 7, 2024 by Barry of the Geek Squad in Reading, PA. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. After he set up everything, including my older soundbar, he explained everything I could possibly need to know about working with my new TV, including helping me set up my Samsung account to access my other Samsung devices. He was patient and direct in his explanations, and I was very appreciative of the time and care he gave to make sure I was able to navigate the remote and work my new TV. A big thank you to the Geek Squad and especially Barry for all your help.

    Our TV was supposed to be delivered between noon and 4 PM, but at 11 am we got a call saying TV was not available. After some discussion, our service person said he'd search for one and call us back. One hour later the call came in saying he'd located one and would be at our place by 2 pm. He showed up on time, performed the set up and made sure everything was finely adjusted. This guy went out of his way to ensure a happy customer!

    Stephen Franklin was the best. He put it together in a timely manner after checking to make sure it was not damaged in the shipping process. He and Koby cleaned up the foam and loose paper. They removed the boxes.

    Love the picture quality of this Samsung tv. The Geek Squad, set up internet and some other apps for me. They were nice and efficient. They explained everything to me , before they left.

    Two fellows (late in the day) hooked up TV and set four devices. They also programed an Elite remote. The system works as I hoped it would. When they left everything was ready to go. I would not have anything changed. Their knowledge and humor was a welcome solution to an expensive project. I would certainly give them the highest marks. I am glad I invested in the Geek Squad.

    We purchased a universal remote to combine all items to the one remote. They were so professional, extremely considerate and exceptional teachers! There were no questions on how anything works when they left. At first I thought it was a very frivolous, expensive items. Wow-- was I wrong I would recommend the service highly and hope if I need it again- I would have the same crew.

    The agent was professional and quick installing in tv and connecting to cable service. Also very clear and helpful in explaining the new tv screens and remote. Highly recommend the Geek Squad based on this agent.

    The agents were very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly set up my new TV and integrated it with Comcast XFinity. They were intrepid in that they came to my home despite Best Buy giving them an incorrect phone number and they couldn't contact me. That's a different story - at the store I asked 2 Best Buy employees to update my phone number and apparently they wouldn't or couldn't.

    Setting Up My Sony 65"

    The Geek Squad did an excellent job of removing my old set and installing the new Sony. I had a Blu-Ray DVD player, Comcast Cable, and a Yashica Sound Bar which added a bit of difficulty to the set up. When the work was complete, the technician walked me through how different things worked and I noted that he had done a little extra work to make things clearer. Several problems that had dogged the prior installation were cleared up.

    Geek squad set up my tv so that I don’t have to make any adjustments. They arrived early and were finished with everything quite quickly. They cleaned up everything and hauled away the box. Very satisfied.

    Very knowledgeable and considerate young man did the set up (standing on ledge over fireplace). Got here on time. Took care to tie up the cords and wires so they would not show. Helped with settings. Well worth the price for a 55" tv.
