The agents installed our 85” Roku Tv and a Sonos sound bar with no problems and it was a speedy process.

They did a great job setting up the Sony tv. They stayed till the tv finished updating. They were a big help.

Agent was friendly and efficient, well done! He installed my TV and made sure everything was signed in correctly. He took my old TV which was wonderful.

On time, completed quickly TV worked right away and Roku installed.

The installers new exactly what they were doing. They installed a 65" with sound bar in the family room and a 40" set in the office and all work was performed professionally and neatly in approximately 1HR. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad for future installations as I have used them in the past and the service is always consistently above average. Very satisfied

The agents connected my TV and explained the pointer (the name is gone) to me. I had disconnected the DVR after they left last time and had it where I couldn't even get a station. So it was a very simple problem for them. The biggest problem for them was explaining everything to me. I am so upset that you can't get a DVR that will tape while watching TV.

THIS WAS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR THE HUBBY, DUE THE HOLIDAY SEASON’S TO BOOT! THE INSTALLER WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AS A BUSINESS FRONT FACE, HOWEVER, THE BEST PART WAS HIM BEING HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH ME HUSBAND WHILE STILL WILLING TO DO ANYTHING HE COULD TO CORRECT A MISTAKE NO FAULT OF HIS OWN! (WAS ACTUALLY MY HUBBY’S FAULT AS ALWAYS LOL.) HOWEVER THAT MADE MYSELF FEEL VALUED BY HEAD INSTALLER, THE GENTLEMEN WORKING WITH HIM AS WELL AS THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE!

The young man who delivered & installed my TV was the best. He explained my questions with the knowledge more than one would expect. I felt he covered everything I needed to know.

Justin Carter from Geek Squad was beyond excellent! He got me all hooked up and taught me how to stream with my new TV. And Justin did not talk down to me because I am a senior citizen and far from tech savvy! That's so wonderful! I wasn't afraid to ask questions. About six months ago, I bought a new computer from Best Buy and the tech was awesome too! You have a wonderful team!

Excellent communication and quick set upo. He was amazing at teaching us how certain functions actually operate. Can’t recommend this service enough! He did mention that this service would be phased out.

The Geek Squad went over and above setting up our new Samsung 65 inch TV

Purchased a 75 inch flatscreen and had Best Buy provide the installation and setup. Geek Squad arrivef when promised, unpacked everything, mounted the tv, set up Surround Sound with receiver and even the X-Box!

Geek Squad personnel were just exceptional. Provided me w/an accurate ETA, then installed the TV is a MOST charismatic & helpful way, AND in a MOST time-efficient manner. I use them a lot, & they certainly deserve a 5-star rating--every time!

The two guys brought my 43" TV, unpackaged it and set it up. They downloaded everything, tested the remotes and even gave me a brief tutorial. Outstanding service -- timely, friendly and competent. Highly recommend!

The Geek squad did it all. The LG OLED tv was installed on an entertainment center along with an LG sound bar. Then we were taught how to us the remote which was pretty simple. We were pleased that we could utilize our comcast remote as well which we are used to. We like the mouse feature on the LG remote...very convenient when we are searching for something.
