The two men from Geek Squad came and set up my TV and connected it up to all the services, so that I could use it completely. Helped me to program everything in with Google home, and took the time to show me at least the basics of how everything worked. Very friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad for TVs.

The delivery workers were great! They had brought a tv that was damaged, took it back with no problem. The same workers brought the new one, got it set up with the antenna, got me comfortable with the remote and commands. They were excellent and I would be happy if they brought something else that I might buy.

The tech did a great job removing the old TV and DVD system, and installing the new TV to the cable system. He also programmed both the LG and the Cable remote. And since we were new to Smart TV's, showed us how to access the apps and the various settings on the TV.

The agents did a good job setting up my equipment and were pretty swift and informative. Wish they would have bundled all the remaining loose cords and wires behind the TV tho as it looks like a mess. They also broke one of the shelve brackets when setting up which was sort of fixable but only temporary. They could have ordered or replaced the bracket but didn't. Other than those two hiccups, the setup was very quick and the guys were very polite and outgoing. They also cleaned up all the boxes and whatever was left over.

I purchased the Sony A8F and needed it installed in a custom entertainment center, and connected to existing surround sound system. The Geek Squad hooked everything up professionally and perfect the first time. The cabinet maker had to perform some repairs to the entertainment center so I needed Geek Squad to come back and reinstall and connect the TV. Again, done flawlessly. I rely on Geek Squad for a great job.

Melina and the Geek Squad crew were awesome. I was getting my new very expensive (to me) 77" OLED tv unboxed and setup. The box is huge and they took great care in the unboxing. They were very careful handling this large tv and also looking out for other items. It would have been easy to accidentally hit my overhead ceiling fan but they made sure that the setup went smoothly. After placement on the tv stand they performed the initial turn on and walked me through the tv's operation and it's features. They made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered. I was a bit nervous about installing such a large tv by myself but also concerned that installing agents had the right skills. No worries at all! The team displayed technical expertise, professional excellence and a friendly demeanor. Oh, and they did all this in less than one hour. Well worth the money and highly recommended!

Not happy with the sound set up. Samsung apparently has done away with allowing you to be able to mute the TV sound and still be able to hear through a headset or a streaming device to Bluetooth hearing aids. Techs have been out at least 5 or 6 times and have tried everything they could think of. So now we just lower the sound and then turn on our headset or hearing aid streaming device and the rest of the house can sleep.

We purchased a smart TV set from Best Buy. Geek Squad technicians expertly installed the new equipment and explained how to use it. We were very pleased with the service.

The agents reinstalled my Comcast package to my new smart TV, including the ability to record on the DVR. This smart TV is excellent and has many programs included. They adjusted the color. What a superb television this is. I am very pleased with the product and the professionalism of the installation team.

This Geek Squad was perfect. He got our tv working with the sound bar. He told us some of of our other equipment wasn’t working. Execellent.

Great Experience. I was kept informed of the upcoming time of service and the installer arrived early with my permission to do so. Fully explained the operation of the setup and did not leave until I was satisfied with my ability to operate everything.

Geek guys did a good job of setting up the new TV and hauling away the old one. Because of a snafu with Spectrum, they were not able to do a tutorial for me. Geek guy Rick came a few days later. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me since this was my first smart TV.

They installed my tv quickly, answered my questions, and set up the TV with remote and how to use. Couldn’t have asked for better service except we had to wait another 2 weeks since the order wasn’t in yet.

I am a senior citizen and know just enough about today's technology to make me dangerous. So when my 10 year old Panasonic Plasma television went out, I relied totally on my local Best Buy sales staff and their Geek Squad and they did not disappoint. The Geek Squad removed my old TV and set up the new one. They wore masks, put coverlets on their shoes and were very respectful of my residence. They even arrived early. Tyler, the leader of the 2 man team was terrific and deserves the highest praise. The only problem with the installation was my receiver. Although state of the art 10 years ago, now it is not compatible with my new 4K set. Tyler recommended a couple of 4K receivers that would be the best suited to my needs. The bad news an unexpected expense (which wasn't too bad thanks to over 10,000 points from the TV purchase). The good news the Geek Squad will be back to complete the installation. I highly recommend the Geek Squad and their extended warranties.

It was great to have someone set up and provide us with the answers we didn't know we needed. So grateful for Geek Squad.
