The very knowledgeable young man set up our tv very quickly and helped with another small problem on another tv we have. I would recommend this service

The agents delivered my TV in the time frame promised. They set up and instructed me me in how to use the remote to set up and get the features I wanted. They answered all of my questions and hooked up my bleu ray DVR. They were very knowledgeable and polite. I could not have asked for better service.

Alberto did a nice job setting up the TV and patiently explaining all the options and ways to use the Smart TV options and remote.

Everything was handled in a very professional way. It was a good experience, which is what I have come to expect from Best Buy and Geek squad. This includes instore personnel as well as installers.

The agents installed my TV quickly. The Geek Squad member who came later to connect the TV to the Xfinity box did a great job.

The gentlemen from the Geek Squad were extremely helpful in setting up our LG and making absolutely certain that we knew and understood its features. Both Phillip Barber and his associate were very professional in teaching us the features and also in removing the old equipment. They did not leave until they were satisfied that we were satisfied!

They set up the TV and did all connections and made sure everything was working properly and explained the remote and The TV functions . They were excellent and did everything much faster than I would have. Highly recommended for non techies like me.

The two installers that came out where awesome and very professional. Easy to understand and hear. The only thing is the sound bar had a ding and was told that if i have any problems just let the store know because I have an extended warranty

The independent installer assigned to my setup was great. Sebastian walked me through everything he was doing during setup and answered all my questions. He was very personable and patient with us.
