The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. Told us where our problem was and helped us fix it. Everything runs great now.

The Geek Squad had to work in tight quarters with my entertainment center, but managed perfectly. He also recommended a programmable remote which has been awesome. So much easier to work with than my previous universal remote. Plus he was able to get my old but still functioning well multi disk Denon CD player connected via the remote, so I could return the new multi disk CD player I purchased - which more than offset the cost of the programmable remote!

The service itself was good and the person was nice and helpful but the setup was super easy and there wasn't any setup required. I wish I'd been informed about that when I made my purchase

Next to Apple, the Geek Squad has been the most reliable service organization I have used for years. They always get the job done. They are always honest about how to maximize the value of your existing and future purchases. They always exceed expectations. And I have used them a LOT. This last time was no different. TV delivered, installed, cleaned up, done.

Setup guys did a great job. Patiently answered all of my questions and hooked everything up. The work of the 2 individuals at my house was great. The process of getting everything scheduled was very frustrating.

The agents were so friendly and courteous. They were obviously very experienced. Set up of the TV was a breeze and I have had no problems since installation. Great job!!

The agents were very polite and friendly. They were efficient and did not worry when we asked for additional help, as we are older and digitally challenged. When the TV legs were wider than the stand - they had a fix for us - so great at thinking outside the box, or furniture in this case! Will definitely use them again!

If you have some experience setting up TV and components this is something you can probably figure out on your own. But if you have had enough fun doing this sort of thing for a lifetime, let Geek Squad make it easy for you. This is the third time I have had Geek Squad do TV and component setup and it saves me an afternoon or a day of tedium getting everything situated and working to my satisfaction. If you have the money to outsource this, do it.

Excellent service by the geek squad from ft. Gratiot,mi James was his name I believe, and he had an assistant too. Both worked to install and clean up boxes, plastic wrapping, etc. , also removed the old tv. They installed the new tv and hooked up my old sound system, plus explained how to use the remote, and answered all my questions, My new 50” tv and its sound system work perfect. Thank you Geek squad!

The agent was able to bring my TV up to my second floor apartment and install it with no issues.
