desktop Dell all in one computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took 4 different agents to finally fix the issue caused by the original Geek Squad technician and three plus weeks with repeated delays to do. My keyboard and mouse was destroyed from the technician cleaning it but was replaced with a new one. Just happy everything seem to be ok now.

WiFi Setup (unchecked)

Two very nice young men came to my home and successfully setup my WiFi. Unfortunately, it stopped working a day later. I called back to ask if someone could come out and get it back on the network. To my surprise, no immediate response was possible. I had to wait two weeks for an available slot. Only this time the problem was not resolved. I learned a very valuable lesson. Considering, I’m not a financially wealthy person. It was an expensive lesson (i.e., $165) that will not be forgotten. Be careful what you pay for. Lesson learned.
