This is apparently the last upgrade for your home computer. Adobe is changing to a web/pay service to edit your photos online. It is a little slow on Windows 7, but does an incredible number of photo adjustments. I just hope I have the patience to learn how to use it.

This has some good editing tools , however it is a little complicated to use. I would say if your a savvy computer skilled person to take advantage of all the tools it offers , go for it.

I have used PSE for a number of years now and I upgrade every 2-3 years. PSE 13 has changed around a few sections, but very easy to navigate and if any questions Adobe has information and tutorials.

This new version of phtoshop had all the same features as older versions plus more. I did have trouble getting some photos to print high quality after editing, but still not sure if this might have been my printer's fault or not.

Had to get online to figure out how to use the software. Would have been pretty simple to include instructions. Otherwise great product.

Upgraded from elements 9 so this was a great improvement. I needed something that would process raw files from my 70D without needing to use a DNG converter.

I just needed a basic photo editor that would adjust color, brightness, contrast, etc. as needed. I used Picnic when it was free and it met my requirements for simple and fast to use. There are more sophisticated versions of photo shop but this is an ideal balance of easy to learn and use but powerful enough to clean up shots that are too dark, light or just have minor problems.

Works great just takes a lot of practice to use some of the features. I still don't know how to use all of the editing features available. Works great for what I needed it for.

I purchased this so that I could organize photos and do some minor editing. It is a little difficult to learn. I had to buy a book to figure some of it out. Not for beginners!

This makes photoshop tasks more approachable for novices and moderate users. Probably not the preferred version for experts.

My 16 yr old daughter picked up on how to use layers and edit,blend, remove items from the background using the tools provided. Would highly recommend for the hobby photographer trying to edit photos with an easy to use interface.

It is not as user-friendly as I had hoped. I wanted to install and be able to edit my prints without doing much studying, but I will have to read about it first.

Didn't need full Photoshop. This is just as good at one fifth the price. Great online, shipping and delivery experience.

I've worked with an early version of Photoshop Elements for years. This new version is a big change. It's a lot of work and I'm not sure it's doing things a whole lot better. I'll have to wait and see.
