I used the prior version of Photoshop and was expecting more enhancements. This version is not worth the money to upgrade.

I like the program but wish there was a tutorial on how to use the features on it

Still learning how to use the software. Photoshop has a lot of Internet videos.

Photoshop Elements 14 has a few new fun features, however I find that is not as user friendly as past versions. Can not print from organizer and print set up is difficult to navigate. For what is new I would not upgrade if I had know, I would of kept previous version and kept using PhotoshopCC and Lightroom.

Very disappointed in this software. It simply is not compatible with the latest Mac OS despite the company stating it is compatible with Macs. Read about similar disappointment by others on line.

I purchased this product from Best Buy on April 4/28/16 in a box from Best Buy. They were unable to install it and I am unable to install it because the serial number on the box does not work. Even the Geek Squad was unable to install it. I don't have a clue what to do. After having spent $149, I have nothing.

Bought this and was told if un opened I can return well that is not the case. I did the 30 day free trial before I opened it and it didn't do what I needed it to also it was very confusing to use.

I rarely write product review, BUT I felt compelled to write one for this product as my experience was a nightmare! I bought this product, along with a brand new pc. The day I bought it, I had problems during the install of Elements and Premier due to SN Issues with brand new software. Adobe does not allow you to call someone for tech support, so my only options was chat. I tried chatting with 3 different people at Adobe over a 3 day period, and they were useless. They kept telling me to try the same things I had already tried, and failed. They eventually escalated to higher level support, but then said it will take 3-5 days for someone to contact me, which they never did! I kept sending email status requests (because there was no phone # to call), and they were not only ignored, but they also tried to close the incident, even after I confirmed it was still an issue. After 1 week from purchasing the product and waiting for help, I gave up and returned the software, and chose Corel Paintshop, which installed perfectly the first time with no issues. The Adobe support was horrible- worst I have ever experienced, and I am in IT! The product was just as bad, considering I couldn't install it right out of the box, on a brand new computer, that more than met the minimum requirements. Save yourself a headache and don't but this product!

I love the changes in this version. Much easier to create a great looking slide show.

this is good software worked good for exactly what i need it for photos and video

Very great product. It does all that photoshop has always done but with much improved technique and mechanics for Windows 10. It has a learning curve but there is enough out there for instruction. Perfect for any camera owner.

Adobe does not allow you to install this software if you are not registering with an AdobeID that, of course, means tracking. I have no intention of being tracked by another big-brother-wannabe to sell me more of their stuff and to sell my data to other marketers who want to sell me their stuff too.
