I really like Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018. You can get free tutorials on line. Check out You Tube videos.

I am not an expert in photography or videography but Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements made me feel like one. I was so comfortable sitting at my computer with a recently taken photo from my smartphone to manipulate it. Both programs have guided tutorials to help you understand what each feature does and how it is going to affect your image or video. With Photoshop I was able to place myself in a different location and was able to totally fool my girlfriend into believing I was somewhere that I was not and her response when I told her I used Photoshop was amazing. She could not believe at how real the photo looked. I am genuinely enjoying my time tinkering with photos and having them all organized through the application on my desktop. Video editing was a bit trickier for me to learn because it wasn't a still image anymore but Premiere has guided tutorials to help you understand every facet of its program. I literally took a whole day on Premiere making a special moments video to end the year of 2017 and it was challenging but I could fall back on the guided tutorials every time I got stumped on how to add another clip or cut out certain sequences that I did not want. Overall, I really believe these two programs are worth the purchase especially if you're a beginner in both photography and videography. I gained so much confidence in myself because these two programs made it easy for me to learn rather difficult things and I am definitely looking forward to making more memories with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.

The combined power of the photo and video editors make this package able to meet the editing requirements most people will need. Although the package comes with Mac and PC discs, instructions to download the software are included. The photo and video editors are about 2.5GB each. Installation is straight forward. You will need to have an Adobe account. The connection between the two pieces of software is called Organizer. Tell it where your files are it will start to organize them by places, faces, events, and Media type. With about 7500 photos and 100 home movies, it took about 3 hours for the software to complete most of the analysis on the files with a i7-4820K. The CPU was maxed out most of the time. It also used a lot of internet bandwidth to complete too. The benefit of the Organizer is you can select the photos or videos you want to edit and then it will open the editing software needed with the items already loaded. All of the beginning steps are taken care off, the editing software loads and you’re ready to edit. From photos to 4K video, organizer imported everything. If you aren’t an advanced user, both the video and photo edits have guides. The Photo editor has guides for all options. The guides make editing pretty simple and straight forward. Just follow the steps and you can do advanced edits easily. If you are an advanced user, you can skip the tutorials and go right to the editing modes you want. For video editing, it’s the same type of setup. You can use guides and steps throughs, or go right to the options wanted. The software has lots of options to connect to social media or other sharing sites. But, the best part is you don’t have too. You can keep everything on your local machine(s), and the cloud is not a requirement. For the cost, this is a great option, especial since there are no subscriptions or continuing costs to pay. For most people the editing abilities of this package will be fine to edit photos and videos. Adobe has made editing pretty easy with all of the guides and step by step instructions to make your photos and videos better.

Our kids like it for school and other activities. This is the product they wanted most in the category and it pleases them.

Best Photoshop edition yet. Seems easier to use and good feature set. Especially the price for both photo and video editing.

I needed this photoshop for school. Works fine but i wish i could have it in a lighter laptop.

I wanted to add Premiere to my setup as well as upgrade to a newer version of Photoshop. This was a good price for that.

I wanted to upgrade from Adobe 13, and reviewed Adobe 2018. The program has improved a lot and has an easier interface.

Alot options to use with photos and video..trying to get rhw hang of all of them. Definitely would recommend.

Ok, I have to admit all the features are a bit overwhelming but doable with the help of YouTube videos!
