Kept saying I had a thirty day trial when I purchased the program no one at Genius Bar could help they said not there area

Lightroom 6 works well with Nikon raw photographs in Windows 7 and 10. Pictures are easy to tag and rate. Only issue so far are pictures tagged and rated on one computer, the information does not carry over to a different computer unless saved as metadata. Program has excellent speed when processing pictures.

Had to purchase software because the new canon 7D mark2 raw files will not open with lightroon 4. Software work as expected.

I have yet to use this purchase. But I have used the older ones and I loved them. I would recommend purchasing this item, especially if you do a lot of photographing, photo shoots for weddings, birthdays, etc. A great purchase. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is I have not used this newer one yet.

Lightroom is such a great investment. It can turn an average photo into a great photo in little time. I am still an amateur, but have had so much fun learning about Lightroom and all of its features. There are definitely a lot of options, but simply watch a YouTube tutorial and it will greatly help.

Other than setup and converting old libraries, another great product from Adobe.

The things you can do with Lightroom are amazing. Not only can you make photos look amazing but you can actually make photos that were unusable into fantastic photos. For example you can take an underexposed or overexposed photo and make it look perfect. This software is worth every penny!

Great program, easy to use compared to adobe photoshop, but do yourself a favor and just sign up for the cloud service instead.... not a week after i purchased it, there were several really great add-on's updates... which i wasn't eligible for, because i bought it, instead of borrowed it from adobe

Definitely a step up from LR 4 and 5. Easy to use and a few other features I enjoy. Processing the right way.

I have never used Lightroom but it's user friendly. I like the fact that the changes are not permanent.

I expected to be able to change for then just the lighting. I would rather have Photoshop then lightroom.

I hate monthly online versions of software, and always try to get the standalone versions. Since Photoshop has gone to a monthly, online only version, this was a second choice, but I am pleasantly surprised. Lots of features and easy to use for not much money!

As every software there is a learning curve that needs to be beat. Needs a powerful mac or it won't run.

Make sure to add more to the program so it works flawlessly and works more efficiently.

This is the last stand alone software for this product. I Have never had to pay a monthly CC to make photos look great. I know this product doesn't have all the bells and whistles that CC has but do you really need it? Awesome product the way it is !!!

Lightroom is among the best companions for photographers of any level. I am among the beginners but i took some training and watched some professionals turning some "throw-away" photos into "keepers". Keep in mind that this tool wont give you "something" from "nothing" but if you get really good at mastering it - you can do some miracles with your photos that you think are overexposed or underexposed and you thought you'd rather throw them away (of course, I am speaking about RAW files) :) Just take some solid lessons and practice daily. Otherwise, it is very easy to forget how you adjusted your own photos a day ago (lol)... I am speaking to myself first :) But, it is a great tool. So far the way i see it - endless possibilities! Especially if you shoot RAW (and, from now on - that's the only option for me!)! This tool just brings even more out than you thought you saw when you took the shot! You wont regret you bought it!

There are tons of amazing apps out there for editing pictures, and there are some really fine ones too! However, as a photographer, I will never use anything but Lightroom in the future. There are too many pluses I could share about this product, though it takes faithfully working with the program, watching tutorials, and just flat experimenting with the program for it to become second-nature. The program is gigantic and if you don't need LOTS of options for shading, lighting, cropping, coloration, etc., this is not the program for you. But if you love artistry, beauty, lots of options and you love to be picky and creative with your editing for yourself and your clients, THIS is the photo editing software you need.

the light room photo shop 6 is amazing. it fun to learn how to use it from utube.

I previously had Lightroom 3, had that version for a few years. I'm not a professional photographer either, so I didn't use it to its full potential. Finally decided to upgrade to Lightroom 6 and I love it! Using the normal features I was used too and then some.

Easiest and best software available! I had researched tons of photo software programs and on the advice of my photography teacher I chose LR. Definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was using it within an hour after it was uploaded on my computer.
