I got this program to edit videos. I enrolled in a course on Udemy.com that was on Adobe Elements 11. It was very helpful even though it was for an earlier version.

Just getting started with this product. From what I've read and had suggested, this should be great for "playing with pictures and video."

I am new to Premier Elements as an editing tool so I can't compare 15 to any previous versions. What I will say is it's a solid editing tool that has some cool features that are very handy such as haze removal which is critical in making some shots look good and another feature where you can create a video collage mixing both photos and videos in one file to tell your story and making it easy to be able to share your creation on Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo etc Still exploring and learning all features and overall it's a great product with tons of features you will love.

As expected this is another winner from Adobe. Intuitive to use and loaded with features to improve and to catalog all my video files.

I had an older version of the software I used for years. Thus is a great step up in quality, but dues create files a little slower.

I like it could use a little a little step by step instructions for old not so tek savvy people

I like it but is slower than other software. They need to get out better software!

I have used 2 other video editing software's in the past so I did have something to compare this product to. I liked some aspects of it, others I did not like. As far as making time lapses, something I am a big fan of, this software could definitely improve on that process. I've seen worse but I've definitely seen better. As far as importing files, it is very simple. I think the overall layout could be better on this one though, seems like no matter what experience level you are in (it has 4 different ones, ranging from basic to expert), there just seems to be a lot of unnecessary options on the screen, taking up valuable space that more important information could be in. I put it on a brand new laptop with a core i7 7th gen in it and at times it still seems to struggle which was surprising. I would say for people planning on making videos everyday, this is not the software for that, it is not the most time efficient option out there given all the unnecessary items on the main screen, and how many clicks are needed to get to something more basic and in my opinion more important. But for the people just planning on making a video every once in awhile and is not real picky on how they do it or how long and complicated it might get, this would be a great software to have instead of using a very basic and free software that may come with a computer.

You do not have to be a professional in order to get professional results with this software.

So far no complaints. This was a gift and he really seemed to like it.

Still requires a lot of memory resource but works good when stable.

Nice photo program. Easy to use. Good video and photo editing.

If you are planning on buying this wait for it to go onsale.

Everything I needed for college. It was easy to install.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it.

I am a long time Mac user and I use iMovie for my video editing needs. Premier elements has its on advantageous at some point. After trying few times, I prefer Premier Elements over iMovie. I like few features like mixing videos to create video collage. Premiere Elements turns a still photo into a pan and zoom movie. Application will find each face while you tweak the amount of time and space the camera spends on each person, this is a nifty feature. Remix feature automatically adjust the length of the video to fit with the added audio track. Haze removal function is also great. Overall, I am happy with the product. This is great for beginners. Works great for graphing designs etc. Gave a new learner some experiences.
