    Already left long review about this service won’t waste your time again. In short the two techs I had communication with tried everything in their power to not install this alarm. Not sure if it’s hard or not fun. Was put off for over a month and if I didn’t stand up to them it probably still wouldn’t be installed. Product works great disappointing you must buy everything separately but otherwise disappointed

    Don't really know much about it, it was supposedly installed in my remote start then I bought online through Best Buy.com. Installation went well although the technician could've been trained properly in customer service

    My remote start has been nothing but a headache, and problems since I purchased it. It was not put in correctly my car was trying to stall out, it was shaking, and sounded as if someone was laying on the gas everytime I started it, when I called to tell them it took them a week to get me, and magically they can't find nothing wrong with the installation and it must just be by luck that something is wrong with my car and it's not their fault.. Nothing fails to amaze me anymore..

    I got the run around from the assistant store manager, EDWARD, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I complained to him regarding spending 12 hours of my life waiting for the installers to install a remote start and having to come back 2 times after installation that was still not working. He suggested I make another appointment to have it looked at again. They already had my car almost 5 hours this day to try and fix it. 12 hours & 3 appointments later, why would I schedule another appointment? He gave me the 888 to make a complaint, which I called and got hung up on 4 times when I said I had a complaint. When I finally spoke to a human, Spencer, he took my complaint: names, dates, details, any other information then said he couldn't help me and asked to transfer me. I got Virgil this time and again, gave my complaint with all the details, dates, time, names and other information...then once again I was told that he couldn't help me and that I would have to email the complaint. I got an email from Virgil "[email protected]" and tried to file a complaint. "Chrome" said it cannot find this address, so I couldn't file a complaint . I already did a review on the remote start and the Geek squad but found out later that you couldn't edit it after submitting. This is the only way I have found after several hours of trying to find a way to make a complaint regarding this situation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

    Best buy broke my car during installation and took almost 2 months to correct the issue. Still don't have it installed but products seem to be worth it.

    My car got towed because my alarm didn't stop going off. I feel like Best Buy should compensate the me had to disable alarm.

    Excessive delays in installing equipment. Would recommend more staff since the delays can take 1 to 2 months for installations. Recommended when shorter time for installation.

    I am very unhappy with the geek squad install. First I had to wait two weeks to have a schedule install; then the day before my appointment geek squad. I had to reschedule my appointment and the earliest appointment I could make was three weeks later. Very unhappy long term customer.

    I got greek customer service to install automatic starter in my car, they charge $60.00 additional for removing old one which didn't informed me while buying.

    The tech who installed my car alarm didn't know what he was doing. I had to bring back the car several times as he had to call manufacturer. I ended up making appointment with another location 2 months later.

    My push start doesn’t work correctly. It locks me out when the car does start. And even if I can get in. The car kills as soon as I open the door.

    I had to take my truck back 4 separate times for a 3 hour installation and he still didn’t do it right ended up have my truck there for a total of 10 hours. He didn’t put some of my part back properly either
