Not the greatest movie I've seen but definitely not the worst

I saw the movie and I thought it to be like a "moderns Day Fairy Tale", I have a 5 year old grandaughter and she loved the story line so much, that I purchased the video for her.

Who wouldn't love 80's movies? I grew up watching this, and am so thrilled that it was finally upgraded to DVD. Now I have to wait for the blue-ray.

best buy has a lot of great dvds for great prices...this one is a classic!

My guess is that they were trying to make Ferris Bueller for the pre-teen set. While they didn't come close, this is a nice, harmless piece of fluff. Elizabeth Shue is a cute and resourceful heroine who helps her ditzy friend and protects the kids she was hired to sit (they're pretty resourceful too) as they navigate the wilds of the big city from chop shops to frat parties. There's no real reason for anyone over the age of 14 to watch this. I just like the frat party scene because the band playing it is fronted by Southside Johnny.

It's not spectacular, but it makes for a fun family comedy movie. Moves along at a pretty good pace.

This movie isn't what I would consider great quality, but kids between the ages of 9 and 11 will probably enjoy it. Widescreen.

My first babysitter showed me this. It is an alright movie but nothing too exciting.
