Poor Build Quality

Mine didn’t even work out of the box, would not turn on. The construction of the base and how the buttons are made is what I had the biggest issue with. It’s easy to see where it failed. When I returned it I did buy a more expensive AeroGarden and so far I’m very happy with it. I would suggest spending the extra money to get the top of the line consumer model which is about 3x the price or not buying one all together. I’m sure many people did receive working units but even if mine had worked I would have been disappointed with the build quality.

However, I’m not sure if I received a defective one out of them or bad pods, but item was defective. Will be returning to store today

Did not work

I could not get the machine to go pass setting the clock. Every time the clock was set, it would display off and had to begin the program again. I have another aerogarden and I never had an issue so far. However, when researching on line, I saw that this particular model had some lemon issues. I have the Bounty and it works fine. I will give Best Buy a thank you for the ease of returning, no hassle at all, they were great.

Item delayed. Hope I get it before Christmas

Item says delayed, has been since ordered so I cannot review the item. I will say that i have tried twice to contact support and both times have been told to try again later because everyone is too busy. So delivery and support get 1 star simply because I cannot give a zero.

Great lil garden

I bought it as a Christmas present for my mom and she’s been using it for the last 3 years non stop. This size is a bit small if you want to do vegetables (I didn’t read the reviews before hand) so just a heads up. But for flowers and herbs it’s awesome!

It broke after less than 45 days of ownership. I'm a technical guy so I examined the internal components. Very shoddy work, and the support is non-existent.

Quick and dead
