Not for me
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were not for me. I could feel and hear vibrations. They did not sit right on my head. A different type of technology. Sound quality was not there. Good try but didn’t work out for me. They got run over in my driveway. I didn’t care.

Awesome for the library
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used it at the gym, clinging of the weights, gym music from speakers and some of the barbell exercises didn't go well. Sweat from side of head got into headset and distorted the sound. Head bar got in the way of barbell workouts. Overall C- grade. Not impressed. Mahalo

Very bad reliability for a great product.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headphones when they are working. Unfortunately my experience is that they last 4 months to a year before they stop working. The company is good about replacing but it is still very annoying and disappointing.

poor fit.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided within 30 seconds I had to return them. Didn't even power them on or pair them to my phone. Second Aftershokz product I have tried and returned because it does not fit. Tried the Aeroplex's before and same as now the transducers end up in my ears instead of in front of them. There needs to be some kind if guideance on sizing and fit.

Not so great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reviewing this product after my purchase of it, the "tickle" that is around the ear is more like a shock. It did not feel good at all. So I returned this product

Ok
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s an ok product. The company put out a great review but not really impressed. Should have went with a different product. Not Best Buy’s issue. It’s the manufacture.

Ok
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These do cause headaches and migraines. The back gets caught in hair and on your collar, but it does work, just not for me.

Can’t hear music with outside noise going on.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Any outside noise would drown out the headphone sound. I would have to put my fingers in my ears the hear the sound with the volume all the way up.

Stopped working within the first month
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There’s a two year warranty, so I’m not worried about the fact that it stopped working, but it is very frustrating.

Bad buy for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't hear the headphones when useing them if sound is around me. When I was in total silence the headphones worked some what fine. They came with ear plugs and I felt if I had to use them I should use ear buds.

Big nope
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like having my music loud in my ears while at the gym, unfortunately with these, EVERYONE around me hears it loud and clear. You can't tune out the rest of the noise around you. If you want to do that, they have ear plugs included. I would rather have actual earbuds in my ears instead of the plugs.

Fell apart after about 5 months use
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The rubber cover on one ear piece separated from one headphone body. These are not well made and I would not recommend.

Excellent Headphones for Hearing Impaired
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Aftershokz headphones for years. They have definitely gotten better over time. Due to a hearing deficiency, an audiologist recommended I use bone conduction hearing aids. When I saw the Aftershokz bone conduction headphone, I immediately gave it a try and have been hooked ever since. I think I have tried every one they have ever made. You will find this particular pair very comfortable to wear, with good sound. For me, I prefer the older Titanium over the Trekz-Air as the Titanium was simply bone conduction and delivered excellent sound through the bones. The Trekz-Air is both bone conduction and has a speaker which delivers sound normally into the ear canal. Given my condition, the speaker which delivers sound through the ear canal does me no good. However, the bone conduction the Trekz Air is fine, though I do not think it is quite as good as the Titanium bone conduction. For folks with normal hearing, I would think the Trekz Air would be an excellent choice. Aside from sound quality, for making phone calls, the sound is good, but callers have a hard time hearing me as the microphone on the wireless headsets seems to pick up everything around me as opposed to just my voice. Callers generally have a hard time hearing me on any of the Aftershokz wireless products. For phone calls, I use the Aftershokz wired headset as it has a microphone on the wire which I clip onto my shirt collar. In summary, if you have normal hearing and do not intend to regularly use the Trekz Air for phone calls, you will love this set. If you have hearing issues, get the Titanium instead. If you want to make phone calls, get the wired version -They are also very light and comfortable, but allow callers to hear you. One other note: the company is releasing bluetooth bone conduction suntglasses which I have pre-ordered - I will update this review when those come out. I have also heard the company is working on underwater goggles with bone conduction - I will be interested in those as well. To Aftershokz, thank you for letting me continue to enjoy music through your excellent product. Please keep the hearing impaired in mind as you expand your product line - it is an absolute blessing to our community and I have bought several pairs of these for my friends and family who have hearing issues.

I didn't care for them at all and returned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really hopeful that I'd like these as I don't care for in-ear earbuds or large/bulky headphones (particularly for air travel). But I thought the sound quality of these was pretty lousy. And, the vibrations were very annoying. I returned the same day I bought them.
